Severe Adverse Reaction to Semaglutide Injection

Dear Craig I ordered the Semaglutide 4-week course - DESPERATE DAWIE). I carefully followed the instructions and administered my first injection at 19:00 on Thursday, 5 February 2026. By 21:00 that same evening, I became violently ill. I developed intense nausea despite taking anti-nausea medication, drinking water, and having eaten dinner. I began vomiting continuously throughout the night and did not sleep at all. On Friday morning I was unable to get out of bed and continued vomiting until approximately 20:00 that evening. I then spent Saturday and Sunday completely bedridden, suffering from severe body aches, a pounding headache, and constant nausea. Nowhere in the pamphlet provided are these severe side effects mentioned. The only side effect listed is slight bruising. This is extremely concerning. I attempted to contact you via WhatsApp and received no response. Please urgently confirm: 1. Whether this product is registered and approved by SAHPRA. 2. Why severe and well-documented side effects of Semaglutide were not disclosed. 3. What steps you will take regarding my complaint and my safety. While I understand that weight loss medications can have side effects, no one should be subjected to an experience that feels life-threatening without being fully informed. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of response and the way this situation has been handled.
