Dishonest Repairer

In 2022 my vehicle was taken in at Cranbourne Panel beaters as I have always received good service from Richard Greenslade and the business. To my surprise in 2022 there was a complete 360-degree turn in service and workmanship. The repairs were mediocre to say the least and further damage was caused to the vehicle. The panel beater was provided with 3 opportunities to rectify the poor repairs and workmanship. They continued with their poor workmanship. I requested that I be provided with all photos and documents pertaining to the repair of my vehicle which were in the possession of the repairer. To date no information has been received from the repairer. The lack of cooperation from the repairer suggests that they are dishonest and are aware of their wrongdoing.
