Dishonest Insurer
Budget Insurance/ Telesure Investment Holdings are the biggest *****sters and the most dishonest companies in the insurance industry. They ***** your money and when they are dishonest in their dealings they try to cover up the matter. When you request copies of the call recordings, suddenly they are no where to be found. Beware of Budget Insurance/Telesure Investment Holdings - Dishonesty is the name of their business!

Dishonest Repairer
In 2022 my vehicle was taken in at MF Auto Body. The repairs were mediocre to say the least and further damage was caused to the vehicle. The panel beater was provided with 3 opportunities to rectify the poor repairs and workmanship. They continued with their poor workmanship. I requested that I be provided with all photos and documents pertaining to the repair of my vehicle which were in the possession of the repairer. To date no information has been received from the repairer. The lack of cooperation from the repairer suggests that they are dishonest and are aware of their wrongdoing.

Dishonest Repairer
In 2022 my vehicle was taken in at Cranbourne Panel beaters as I have always received good service from Richard Greenslade and the business. To my surprise in 2022 there was a complete 360-degree turn in service and workmanship. The repairs were mediocre to say the least and further damage was caused to the vehicle. The panel beater was provided with 3 opportunities to rectify the poor repairs and workmanship. They continued with their poor workmanship. I requested that I be provided with all photos and documents pertaining to the repair of my vehicle which were in the possession of the repairer. To date no information has been received from the repairer. The lack of cooperation from the repairer suggests that they are dishonest and are aware of their wrongdoing.

Dishonest Insurer
In 2022 I had issues with the repair of my vehicle and the matter was taken up with the insurer which did nothing to resolve the matter. In 2024 the insurer made a payment which I believe was hush money. I requested documentation which is in the possession of the insurer. The insurer is refusing to provide said documents. The refusal of the said documents suggest dishonesty on the part of the insurer and that they are trying to cover up their wrongdoing.

Pathetic Service
Still waiting for a reply on the following reference numbers - 3707954321 & 4004895292. All I can say is beware of Discovery Insure they are pathetic and provide conflicting information. Prince Sibiya from their complaints department is supposed to solve the issue. To date no further feedback has been received.

Poor Service
Still waiting for a reply on the following reference numbers - 3707954321 & 4004895292. All I can say is beware of Discovery Insure they are pathetic and provide conflicting information. Should Discovery Insure not reply then the matter will be referred to the ombudsman and details placed on social media.

Dishonest Broker
I have struggled to have my complaint resolved with this broker since 2022. They do not provide the requested information and do not assist their clients accordingly. They always have some kind of excuse and do not take ownership. It appears that they conceal questionable or dishonest activities. This matter will be taken up with the FSCA and Ombudsman.
