I have struggled to have my complaint resolved with this broker since 2022. They do not provide the requested information and do not assist their clients accordingly. They always have some kind of excuse and do not take ownership. It appears that they conceal questionable or dishonest activities. This matter will be taken up with the FSCA and Ombudsman.

Unprofessional conduct and poor service delivery. Since 2022, I have struggled to have my complaint resolved. I will lodge my complaint with the Ombudsman and FSCA for resolution. Lack of transparency and integrity. Beware when dealing with this broker!

Following my previous review, I received a lawyer's letter via email on August 28th/29th, 2024, threatening legal action and claiming that all requested documents have been provided, which is not true as no proof was provided. I would not have posted the review if I had received the requested information. Additionally, I was told that my comments are untrue, which is incorrect, as I can substantiate my comments with documented email correspondence. If there is nothing to hide, please provide me with all the requested documents as this issue has been ongoing since 2022, with no resolution despite being redirected multiple times. If I do not receive all the requested information/documents (either electronically or by post) within 7 working days from today, September 10, 2024, I will have no choice but to seek legal advice to resolve this matter. Previous review comments: It is concerning that neither Luso Africa nor Bryte Insurance can provide the necessary information. Jose, you suggested that I visit your offices to obtain the required documents, but you are unable to confirm if you have the information I requested. This lack of response after multiple email requests is disappointing. Additionally, you made allegations that you cannot support with evidence. You mentioned forwarding my emails to Bryte, but they have not provided any feedback yet. It appears that you, Luso Africa, and Bryte Insurance may be collaborating to conceal questionable or dishonest activities. Furthermore, you stated that my policy was cancelled due to claims amounts, yet the insurer received reimbur*****ts. All parties involved, including you, Luso Africa, Bryte Insurance, and the assessor, are shifting blame without resolving the issue, indicating potential dishonesty. I have documented evidence in various emails to support my claims.

Loaded additional comments on Google 4 days ago and original comment in August 2024. Interesting to see no comments from the company concerned on Google reviews. (Santie Dubber). So, Bryte Insurance is hiding something and refusing to provide the information!!!!

Their client (ELT Group) bumped my sister on the 12th of February in Germiston. Details were exchanged with the driver. I called ELT group and spoke to Shaun who told me that he is waiting for his driver to come back and update him on the accident. The next day he sends me the insurance details (Luso Africa) and the contact person Jose. We waited for the company to call and let us know what the is going to happen from this point on. Nothing. spoke to Jose on Monday 19th February. He told my sister to get a letter from our insurance company stating that we will not claim from them. What does my insurance have to do with this? You need to pay your client's claim accordingly. Called him again today (22/02) and he tells me to claim from my insurance. who are you to dictate to me what I should or shouldn't do when your company is responsible for paying their client's claims? I told him that doing so will increase my premiums and I am not at fault. "That is neither here nor there. You took out insurance to cover yourself in case of accidents" Excuse me?! So I must carry the 15% hike in premiums because you refuse to pay? Not on my watch. Side note: He asked for my name and i told him Nompumelelo. he tried to pronounce it then decided to call me Mpho. The disrespect of this man!
