Pathetic Service
Following my previous review, I received a lawyer's letter via email on August 28th/29th, 2024, threatening legal action and claiming that all requested documents have been provided, which is not true as no proof was provided. I would not have posted the review if I had received the requested information. Additionally, I was told that my comments are untrue, which is incorrect, as I can substantiate my comments with documented email correspondence.
If there is nothing to hide, please provide me with all the requested documents as this issue has been ongoing since 2022, with no resolution despite being redirected multiple times.
If I do not receive all the requested information/documents (either electronically or by post) within 7 working days from today, September 10, 2024, I will have no choice but to seek legal advice to resolve this matter.

It is concerning that neither Luso Africa nor Bryte Insurance can provide the necessary information. Jose, you suggested that I visit your offices to obtain the required documents, but you are unable to confirm if you have the information I requested. This lack of response after multiple email requests is disappointing. Additionally, you made allegations that you cannot support with evidence.
You mentioned forwarding my emails to Bryte, but they have not provided any feedback yet.
It appears that you, Luso Africa, and Bryte Insurance may be collaborating to conceal questionable or dishonest activities.
Furthermore, you stated that my policy was cancelled due to claims amounts, yet the insurer received reimbur*****ts.
All parties involved, including you, Luso Africa, Bryte Insurance, and the assessor, are shifting blame without resolving the issue, indicating potential dishonesty.
I have documented evidence in various emails to support my claims.

I received 6 envelopes containing copies of documents, as per my previous requests yesterday (16.09.2024).
However, upon looking through the documentation, all the information/documents requested is not present.
Documentation below is not included, as requested.
I require the outstanding documents be provided urgently.
Outstanding documents:
Job cards, invoices.
Photos from the assessor, insurer, and repairers.

The only conclusion that I can reach is that the parties concerned are hiding something.
Email dated - 12/09/2024:
All documentation that has been requested on numerous occasions since 2022 can be delivered to my premises. All documentation should be separated as per claim numbers/cases for ease of reference. It is disappointing to see the level of service received from the various parties, as I only receive feedback when I resort to social media.
I will still be taking this matter further, as I followed all the channels to have this matter resolved, as per advice from the assessor, insurer, and broker in 2022. Furthermore, the assessor and the insurer were supposed to resolve the matter when I originally advised the various parties with regards to my dissatisfaction of the repairs and further damage. I even had a meeting with the assessor at the repairer’s premises, but the assessor never followed up thereafter. When I requested the assessor to meet me at the repairer’s premises to collect the so-called repaired vehicle, he refused and advised that he is not available. Just to confirm, I do have email correspondence confirming this situation.
To reiterate, the documentation that I requested, includes all quotes, job cards, invoices, external and internal correspondence, photos from the assessor, insurer, and repairers, etc, with regards to the repair work, as well as the recovery process of funds.
As per your comment – “As previously communicated, please advise on a convenient time and place that you can meet with the broker for him to share the documentation you requested.” – This comment is not entirely true, yes, the broker suggested that I visit his office to view his files but failed to confirm that all the information/documentation that I requested was held in those files, as per numerous correspondence. The broker advised that I should follow up with the assessor and the insurer to no avail.
I will be seeking damages/compensation from the various parties, due to the damage caused to my vehicle, poor repair work, Insurer and Assessor sending me from pillar to post, as well as unfounded allegations from the broker, as per his lawyer’s recent correspondence. Damages will include devaluation of my vehicle due to damage caused, as well as poor workmanship and due to distress caused to me. I will also be seeking that the cancellation of my policy be revoked and my record cleared, as I was not at fault with regards to the claims and that the insurer has received reimbur*****ts.
The receipt of the requested documentation does in no way indemnify any of the parties concerned against further legal action or social media sharing.
