Squatting business

The test of any human being's character, is whether or not they can be trusted, being that they are either honest or dishonest in their ethical compass.

The founder of Crane Designs SA namely Edward Spencer Petersen, is one such person, indeed as he has elected to squat on the premises 29 Dove Street, Horison Park, racking up in excess of R130,000.00 in rental and municipality arrears. I have attached the latest breakdown of these.

Any ethical and/or honorable human being would have looked for an AFFORDABLE residence in which to reside, however, Edward Spencer Petersen, despite being given numerous opportunities to conduct himself in an honorable fashion, insists on remaining on the property with no intention of making monthly rental payments, let alone, attempting to honour his arrears.

To this end, we have had to incur substantial legal costs in an attempt to recover the arrears and to get him evicted, which to date we have not been successful, however, this should be concluded in be early 2021.
