I operate a business within the same business park as Solarvest projects. Today Friday 27 October has resulted this review. The company decided to let off a bit of steam on common property in the public eye, drinking, blasting music and behaving roucously despite sharing the businesses park with other tenants. This conduct is on par with that of a shabeen not a professional company, shame on you! My concern is how the staff got home after drinking publicly for most of the afternoon.
Best selection of flavours, great pricing and excellent service.
Crane Designs Architectural Services operates from 29 Dove Street, Horison Park, Roodepoort. The Founder Edward Petersen along with his family remain squatters on the property; this is how dictionary.com sums this up. parasite [ par-uh-sahyt ]SHOW IPA See synonyms for: parasite / parasites on Thesaurus.com noun a person who receives support, advantage, or the like, from another or others without giving any useful or proper return, as one who lives on the hospitality of others: They are greedy politicians, parasites with their snouts in the public trough. an organism that lives on or in an organism of another species, known as the host, from the body of which it obtains nutriment. The test of any human being's character, is whether or not they can be trusted, being that they are either honest or dishonest in their ethical compass. The founder of Crane Designs SA namely Edward Spencer Petersen, is one such person, indeed as he has elected to squat on the premises 29 Dove Street, Horison Park, racking up in excess of R130,000.00 in rental and municipality arrears. I have attached the latest breakdown of these. Any ethical and/or honorable human being would have looked for an AFFORDABLE residence in which to reside, however, Edward Spencer Petersen, despite being given numerous opportunities to conduct himself in an honorable fashion, insists on remaining on the property with no intention of making monthly rental payments, let alone, attempting to honour his arrears. To this end, we have had to incur substantial legal costs in an attempt to recover the arrears and to get him evicted, which to date we have not been successful, however, this should be concluded in be early 2021. Ask yourself, is this really the kind of business or individual that you want to be conducting business with?
You will be wise to use ANY other courier service than to use The Courier Guy. Their nonchalant no care attitude is diabolical. It all starts with the senior management. When you have charlatans running the company, one cannot expect anything other than diabolical service. We have had multifarious parcels go missing over the past years we have been dealing with this company. We have received zero compensation for any of the parcels which have been "misplaced"AKA stolen. We had a shipment of ecstacy tablets delivered to our address, addressed to the previous owner via this company. The tablets were taken to the local SAPS office to address the matter. It seems if you need to conduct criminal activities, this companies lack of ethics will serve you well.
Attitude towards customer service really stinks.
Again Kulula manage to underwhelm. Flights delayed twice with a sorry for you attitude. Seriously avoid using Kulula if at all possible.
If I could have give a zero star I would have!!! I unfortunately have also been scammed by these charlatans!! Be aware of Jannie and Cecelia Schlebusch, they are NOT to be trusted. Cecelia Schlebusch arranged to have laminate film installed on my windows and charged me over R2K per window. I happened to be at the premises whilst the installer was installing the laminate and only paid R250 for an additional window which appears to be the going rate, NOT the R2K I was ripped off. They sold me an "antique" table for R5K, which turns out is not even worth R800, as they considered me a "friend", not to mention over R25K in jewelry which they claimed was worth way more that it's true value. Cecelia Schlebush asked to borrow R10K lamenting some sop story about needing it to surprise Jannie for his birthday, promising I would get it back the following week. Long story short, I only got R5K back and Cecelia "graciously" undertook to keep my rented property clean at a nominal fee, which over the past 2 years amounted well over R10K, most of which being whilst I was away, so I have no way to verify this, notwithstanding the fact that I had no need for it to be cleaned whilst I was away, but with Cecelia, there's always an angle. I gave well over the required 28 days notice, to vacate the premises, paid for a full additional month, only to have a large portion of my deposit deducted, due to the property being vacant. Jannie finally informed me that he had found a tenant and that the tenant would only take occupancy at the end of the month. I insisted Jannie hand over the keys which I would then make available at month end, which he refused. The following day I did receive an email stating that the new tenant would be taking occupancy on the 15th of the month and NOT month end as had been stated after close of business the previous day. As this entire situation got way out of hand and tempers flared, Jannie Schlebusch informed me that is going to physically accost me the next time he sees me!!!! (Really lovely people to deal with). I handed 3 remotes and the keys to Cecelia just prior to vacating the premises, all of which she denies ever having received. If you are looking to rent a property in Cape Town, you really do NOT want to be caught by Island View Properties, if they have an inclination you have money, they will attempt to befriend you and to then sell all kinds of cheap rubbish to you at inflated prices, notwithstanding the fact that they will make every attempt to keep your deposit!!! This will be the worst letting experience of your life!!!
