Poor service and management.
Went out to celebrate our daughter's graduation tonight. Ordered our food quite late after most patrons have eaten or were busy finishing up, with many started to leave, but we still waited nearly 30min for our food. When our food arrived, the waiter made a mistake with our daughter's food whom we celebrated the evening. Her food took about 10min to arrive, the rest of us were halfway through our food. Furthermore, I ordered a medium steak/rib combo, and got a steak totally well done, even burnt on some edges. Waiter did asked me if he can exchange it, which I declined because I didn't want to wait another 20min. The whole dining out was already spoiled because my daughter was eating a salad while the rest of us continued eating afraid our food would get cold. This all spoiled an evening which was supposed to be remembered for our daughter's graduation celebration. They even wanted to charge me fully for my rib/steak combo, which I refused to pay, in the end they charged me for 500g ribs only. When I confronted the manager, he acted like he knew nothing about the whole incident, which is BS as the waiter told me he talked to the manager regarding our bill. There are many restaurants to choose from, mistakes happen, but to treat a situation like this is a real disappointment. This was my last time going there.

Amazing place to be
Crawdaddy silverlakes is always on point.. the staff are always friendly with us when we go there.. the kids play are is always on point and there is always someone looking after the kids. The food are always on time and it's amazing

BAD BAD BAD RIBS FROM CRAWDADDYS SILVERLAKES
Ordered 1kg ribs from Crawdaddys Silverlakes, abd was as bad as the last time last year..which happened twice, called then was referred to the manager who told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the ribs everybody loves them..i hung up coz me wasting my time with some ego maniac is not worthy.

At least the order arrived...
Great idea to offer an almost full menu for delivery but the execution leaves much to be desired. The app is elementary at best, maybe add pictures and push notifications to enhance the tracking function. The order arrived two hours after it was placed and the driver was fine I guess despite he's not ringing the bell nor calling when he was at the gate...odd. Food was average, ordered a full portion of calamari but seem to have received an appetizer, the fries were tasteless and dry which was disappointing. The buffalo wings are probably what I enjoyed most as the ribs were also nothing to write home about.

Crawdaddy's Silverlakes. My number 1
Had yet a great experience. Did not make a reservation, yet they made a place for me and my girlfriend. Great friendly service with a fullhouse to attend to. Well done and thank you for brilliant service
