I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from the assistant manager Tinyiko at Wonderboom Junction crazy pets on 02 June 2025 around 12:00
My 14-year-old daughter purchased a heavy bag of dog food, and despite our expectation of assistance, she was left to carry it herself. When I inquired about the lack of assistance, the assistant manager responded dismissively, questioning why I couldn't assist myself.
I take issue with the tone and attitude displayed, particularly the implication that I owed her an explanation for my personal circumstances. As a customer, I expect respect and assistance, not condescension.
I request that you take steps to address this incident, including:
- Reviewing customer service training for staff - Ensuring employees understand the importance of respect and assistance
