the taste of back in the days!
I've Never tasted full cream milk that tasted so good! It took my taste to satisfaction! I need Creamline to know that No other brand comes even close to taste! It brought back a taste & history of making that was longed for which i believe is genuine! Thoroughly happy! I'd be shockingly surprised if others don't agree on this

Spoilt milk
I complained about the milk I purchased that was off, I was told someone will be in touch with me. I am still waiting! I purchased 3 x 6 packs. I sent photos as well. No response. I am so disappointed.

Totally disgusted by Creamline milk
We purchased a few boxes of milk like a month or two ago from a convenient store and the milk was off, some were expired in the box what’s funny is that the expiry date is October 2024. I’ve tried to be in contact with them several times on their what’s app line with no luck. I’m so disappointed with the service as it’s not my first time buying their brand and just a friendly advise to other customers DONT ever buy that brand cause you’ll be stuck with expired goods like myself.

Creamline milk that is off.
This was my very first time trying creamline full cream milk. I brought a six pack and out of the 6 one full 1litre was off and not drinkable. I've send them an email explaining this and also that I do not have the slip anymore. A lady phoned me and asked at witch store I brought it from and I told her , she then told me someone wil be in contact with me to sort this out . Sadly no one has contacted me yet .

Creamline milk that is off.

Creamline Smart Dairy
I recently purchased 5x6l creamline smart dairy milk, for the months use. To my absolute dismay, the milk is sweet!!!! No where on the product does it say sweetened. Being a diabetic, this product is useless and a ******* to us. Plse specify in gigantic writing, 'NOT SUITABLE FOR DIABETICS' and people in general that are watching their sugar intake, which I guess is almost 70% of the population. Now, I find myself STUCK with all this 'sweet milk' a monumental waste of money in this very cash strapped economy!!!!

Lack of customer service over spoilt milk
I purchased box long life milk whereby the best before date was 22/05/2023. however upon opening the milk it was spoilt. I sent through numerous complaints via Facebook and email. Each time I am promised a call back however there is never any call. they customer is service is disappointing and leaves a lot to be desired. In the current state of our economy how can we be expected to throw away our hard earned money. Not only is the milk a waste, what about the cereal the milk was poured into. We cannot be expected to deal with this sub par customer service after we have spent our hard earned money.
