I've Never tasted full cream milk that tasted so good! It took my taste to satisfaction! I need Creamline to know that No other brand comes even close to taste! It brought back a taste & history of making that was longed for which i believe is genuine! Thoroughly happy! I'd be shockingly surprised if others don't agree on this
I must comment the Tecno team for their technical expertise in advising me regarding battery & settings for my Tecno Spark 20P smartphone. And especially the AI chat bot is shockingly amazing in it's responses to every question i had asked. I was simply amazed. Wow
It's Not possible to speak to Any human person when u try & contact Vodacom customer care! It's beyond frustrating! 082 135 eventually leads to to Tobi which is of 0 use wrt queries. How come one cannot speak to any human person at Vodacom. Each time I've to go to Vodacom outlets Only time a human contacts u is when u request via the website but never on first hand. This is sheer frustration. My query in question is out of principle: I recharged with R5 this morning where then a little later purchased a same-day data bundle off the USSD option. That is all well. I was them also given bonus airtime of R5 which I have to assume is for Voda to Voda calls (that prize is never specified so we guess) I now see my bonus airtime is on 0 where I did not make a single call out. Only time a call was made was much later which by then used by remaining R1.. What happened to my bonus airtime of R5?... Tobi was of 0 assistance & no human reachable Thankfully I didn't waste my time recharging with a larger amount to be ****** like this. I take this as a failed test despite my out of bundle settings being on order Surprisingly my mobile number according to Vodacom voice prompts for some services has been blocked for inundation? How many times have I called Vodacom? I would just like an answer out of principle wrt my bonus airtime, why is no human contact still possible & why is my number blocked to Vodacom services
Still waiting for my query to be resolved! More than 72 hours later & No feedback at all since reporting it! Customer service ref 3112802378 , follow up ref 3112900493 & follow up ref 3112901511 for the same issue of an All-In-One bundle purchased on 28/11/2023 for R50 from the Cell C app & debited on my Visa debit card. Till now Nothing has been loaded on my account. I've even checked with my bank. I've made many calls to your customer service team but all tell me different stories barely willing to even bother to escalate the issue only interested in wanting to rate their service. My account has been successfully debited but the bundle has not yet loaded! I needed this bundle to help me make calls & for internet use when out. It's now since caused me an inconvenience! Can Anyone advise me what's the next step to resolve this?? Either refund me back R50 or credit my account with just R50 airtime or if by some miracle possible, load my bundle! I've sent screenshots of the app purchase together with proof of payment! Ahmed (0843747095)
Thank u team Vivo on great customer service from the word go (Robin who organised the clear back cover for my Y02 model in April where it was couriered to my house (with a complimentary gift) Thank u! as nowhere else was it available Especially recently my screen-wake on notifications feature was resolved after receiving support on WhatsApp, email & chat. To top it all, my phone was collected from my workplace & delivered the same in a very short time while at the same time Dineo & Vuyo kept me updated all the way. Thank u!! I never thought a mobile company would have such great customer care despite my mobile phone not being a high end model (budget level). I was treated with much care ever since the first enquiry of wanting a back cover for my phone to this software service Keep up the great service guys you are doing good!!!
