No support , no customer care, *********** technicians , wasted 2 hours told me phone will be fine. Calls went to voice without ringing, maps could nor work No empathy for customers time . Senior technician says brand new phone needs a new motherboard, will come out to office. No thought about inconvenience. Shop just says they not responsible for the correct functioning of phones sold . Since the first week in December, no co-ordinated approach. You think call gone dead then you get another call, shocked at no service etc.. Another baseless promise ,will escalate Ref for third time yesterday 107533102 as could not trace job card from Woodmead although all details given. I said if I dont hear from you by 14h00 today will post on Hello Peter. Nothing to date 15h07 No support for underperforming phone No offer to replace Can't use for business Unsafe for driving Unsafe for family communication Really

I'd like to share a pleasant experience with Vivi south africa, cape town. I have the Vivo v50 after hiking in the rain had a mouthpiece issue. Took it in, Thursday, next day part was delivered to technician Thabego and within 30 minutes resolved. Additional to this. I've been using Samsung last 10 years and was sceptical about moving over. It the best phone. Best pic quality and so practical for my lifestyle.

I'd like to share my experience with Vivo mobile phone repair team. I dealt with Vuyo from their Whatsapp service and Roshaan at repairs, I'm the happiest customer. Their service level was way beyond my expectations, the team was highly professional and My phone was also fixed 100%. They offered me free courier. Overall I received VVIP SERVICE that didn't even cost me a fortune.

They delt with me as if I was the only customer Vivo has ever received. Your product knowledge & helpfulness made the process smooth. Your dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. I am very dissapointed with their product,Vivo Y52 5G.At the time I bought the phone,I actually wabted Samsung because does not dissapoint,it goes over and above, so at Game I was told that Samsung was at a point of retjinking selling phones, I dont know if that was true or not,I bought it in 2021 November,unlike Samsung phone it started giving me problems since December 2024, till now,soent R700 fixing it,now the sound is not working. Im very dissapointed,I bought if for R60000 which I feel is not worth it.

I walked into a Game store to purchase a phone. I was approached by a man promoting the Vivo phones. He claimed that the Vivo y1s was an exceptionally good phone and better than Samsung. So I bought it. Not long after I realised that I can't get WhatsApp messages or phone calls when I'm in another app and the phone freezes. I went back to Game asking if there could help me with the problems I was experiencing with the phone, to which they rep**** in the negative given the fact the the phone is manufactured that way. What a waste of money and time. A very frustrating phone brand to buy, not workable at all. The Vivo y1s has reviews written online that it competes with the I phone 6 and Samsung A02s.. All lies. It's far from those benchmarks.

I would like to thank Raushene from Vivo Sa Headoffice for assisting with my issue I have with the smar****ch I received with my Vivo V 30 phone in August 2024. From logging my complaine till the waybill for collection of the faulty device it was about 2 hours including 2 telephone call aswell. First 1 for the complaine the second one to inform me how long time frame for coerier pick up off the device. well done Vivo

Give credit where it is due, so recently my son locked his phone and forgot the password. I played around with the phone trying to figure it out but no luck . I called Vivo in Capetown and they were so friendly and helpful. They have arranged collection of my phone , unlocked it and sent it back with the courier . I was also extremely impressed as they changed his cover and screen protector. They communicated with me every step of the way and that is what is important to me , Excellent customer service , Well Done Vivo
