<div>I placed an order with this company to have my grad photos taken, which was paid in full, of which I was told that the printed copies would be delivered to the nearest Pep stores. Jiki Jiki, I get a call from this business an hour before Pep closes to inform me that I need to collect my photos immediately or it will be sent back to Jhb. I communicated to this person that (1) I never received an tracking number to have anything collected and (2) I am at work and it would be impossible for me to just drop everything and rush off to Pep because of their lack of communication. 9 months later still no photos and now they expect me to be running up and down with Pep and Paxi to locate my photos. They are rude and have absolutely no regard for their customers.</div>
