Embroidery dealer in Herm****- thank you Louis and team for your amazing client service. I ordered embroidery reels on Friday the 6th Jan 2023- paid for the parcel yesterday the 9th Jan 2023 and it was delivered this morning at 07h20.

Now that is what i call service. Louis will take your call even if you are 2.5 hours drive from the shop and still help you. Now Bernina in Somerset West can learn from this!
