Once again this useless courier states we not at home, when I ****ung work from home. I have cameras around my property. I will now show them they will not deliver another parcel from the company I placed an order. I will splash this on all social media page's. They are not worth mentioning at all.
I received a email from TEMU on Saturday to say my parcel out for delivery, well guess what nothing delivered. Monday the 14th April I get another email to say parcel out for delivery it is 18:40 still nothing delivered. Call George who has the parcel his phone on voicemail, call and speak to Kim she confirms as follows her words " o my word parcel not delivered. She takes my cell and states she will get the Ops Manager to call me still nothing. Last year June this very couriers lost my parcel and TEMU refunded me and a miracle 5 weeks later they find my parcel. I will post all over all social media services of this poor service from Fast Way and I endure that TEMU hears about this, I will ensure that George will be held accountable for his shoddy work
I have been trying to close 2 bussines accounts for over a week now. From STD HQ, to the Western Province devision, nothing not even an acknowledgement of my email with the forms attached. Bussines banker that was allocated to my account not even responding to an either than a non essential out office. This is the exact reason I am closing the accounts. Shocking to say the least how they treat their customers, if I don't get a closure acknowledgement by this coming Monday I will be going all out on social media as yo STD shocking customer service.
So after a year, bookings made online, waiting for ever for a walk in appointment and then two telephonic appointments, these idiots still have not sorted out my business queries. Reference numbers is just for the eye blind they give you! All documents is no where to be found, O don't forget I have the emails confirming that the requested documents was received. Now I need to start the process all over, BUT they are quick to send an SMS to state that the business tax is not done and that summons will follow???? Now this is what we need to deal with the incompetence of these consultants, don't bother trying to log onto the live CHAT as the waiting time they give you goes by and 30 minutes later you still waiting for an online agent to speak to you. This is a lot of bull ****. SARS if you are going to call me, prepare yourself for a backlash on the phone trust me.

Her designs are so versatile, for any lady out there wanting to buy good quality design this is the lady to buy from. Her stuffies (TOYS) are so life like and easy to make. I am so blessed to have her toys lining my cupboards and the big heart Lee has for charities. Lee keep on doing what you do, I just love your work.
ASAP Internet Solutions is the agent for VUMATEL, and here in Cape Town, we have since Feb 2023, continual breaks in our lines. As of last Monday until today constant breaks in our lines - with yesterday afternoon at 16h30 until 09h00 this morning a 16 hour break, with no correspondence at all from ASAP, if we dont call they do not inform their clients of the service issues. On Monday i was promised by their agent Dominique that he logged a call to there accounts department to give me a call and I am still waiting for this call. However the invoices gets emailed to the clients well in advance - 2 weeks in fact on midnight of the last working day of a month the funds goes off. Not once will one receive a credit of any amount for long breaks, now my question is we have more breaks in our wifi line than what we have loadshedding. Shocking to say the service delivery from ASAP is poor, as one can only deal with them and not with VUMATEL at all. Sad thing is, is that VUMATEL has the monopoly like ESCOM has in the country and in our area where we reside you can only make use of VUMATEL???? With that sad, maybe the public should go the route with VUMATEL like with DSTV.

I ordered embroidery reels on Friday the 6th Jan 2023- paid for the parcel yesterday the 9th Jan 2023 and it was delivered this morning at 07h20. Now that is what i call service. Louis will take your call even if you are 2.5 hours drive from the shop and still help you. Now Bernina in Somerset West can learn from this! Well done Louis I will drive all the way to Herm**** from Capw Town tohave my machines serviced.
I have been waiting my accreditation since June 2022, up and until today - there is no answer from them- the college that I studies through ENJOY - I also needed to beg for replies- now this is the last replies that I have received. And I quote" Unfortunately, we are still waiting for ETDP SETA. Their last letter stated that they would have started releasing statements of results from 8 August 2022, however, to date we still have not received statements of results. Sylvia has been following up as much as possible, however, ETDP SETA still has not been able to give us clarity on when they would release the statements of results. I most certainly would not say that you are not getting the statements of results at all, because that would not be the truth as all processes from our side has been followed to obtain the statements of results from ETDP SETA. We cannot give you dates for the release of the statements of results as this is 100% in the hands of ETPD SETA and they have not given us new dates." and I quote " I hope you are well. Unfortunately, it is still bad news, and we still have not received the statements of results from ETDP SETA. There is a meeting scheduled between the ETDP SETA Accredited Training Providers and ETDP SETA tomorrow. " and this was yesterday the 5/12/2022 and I was asked to take part in a Zoom meeting with them and other service providers- which I declined, as what does the college ENJO want me to say to them. All of this affects me as a student firstly as I cannot do not have any proof of my registration= as i did pass as I have that- but the registration is important as it carries a registration number. Also the prospective companies think that one lies when you confirm that you have passed the course.

What a pleasure to have them as my attorneys for my upcoming RAF court case. Thank you for your very efficient care of my flight and hotel accommodation this past week, whilst i was in JHB attending the various specialists.
