Beware *****ed contractor
Beware Shamiel is a *****ster. I found him through the Uptasker platform. His company listed there is Creative Projects Management Services. He gave me a quote on 5th July after coming to assess the work for removing rubble and making holes in a redundant pool at my house. He asked for a deposit to start the next day. After I paid him R3000, he didn't pitch and has not returned any calls or messages. On 10 July he sent an sms requesting my bank details to return my money. I gave that to him and he has not communicated or returned my money since. Don't get ****med by him as I was.

Shamiel Arendse is a seasoned Fraudster
This fraudster does not even deserve a 1 star for his ruthless actions. On 2 December 2022, I logged a request on the Snupit platform to find an electrician. Shamiel Arendse responded immediately. He came to my house that same evening to do a walk through and he quoted us on the spot. That evening he demanded an immediate payment for 50% of the quote. I told him I would not pay a deposit without work commencing and also had no guarantee that he would pitch. The guy arrived the next morning and I paid him R3000. He dropped off his accomplice, Mr Linwell Pullen, to do what was clearly dummy electrical work. Linwell left my house after an hour. He damaged my main board and left me without power for 2 days. There were wires hanging out of the walls and good plugs were damaged. Their actions have left me severely out of pocket as I have to pay another electrician to fix up Shamiel and Linwell's mess. I've made several attempts to contact Shamiel via phone, and whatsapp but he does not respond. He clearly had no intention of doing any real electrical work at my house and he's fled with my money. I've searched this guy online and he's done this to more than 12 people already. Hes registered different companies over the past few years to get away with his crimes. I'm an attorney and I ask that if you fell victim to this man, please contact me directly for mutual assistance to bring Shamiel to justice and account for his actions. His latest victim was a pensioner in somerset west who contacted me this weekend. Shamiel Arendse must be stopped from exploiting people online.

Don't give this man any money up front
Do not give any money upfront to Shamiel from Creative Services / Creative Maintenance Services / Electrical Creative. We paid him a 50% deposit on an air conditioner and have never seen him again. We contacted him numerous times and he has fobbed us off. He appears to use various company names and telephone numbers. Please don't give him money.
