Don't give this man any money up front

Do not give any money upfront to Shamiel from Creative Services / Creative Maintenance Services / Electrical Creative. We paid him a 50% deposit on an air conditioner and have never seen him again. We contacted him numerous times and he has fobbed us off. He appears to use various company names and telephone numbers. Please don't give him money.
