Good morning my name is Cornrite Chabalala the founder of ritecorn direct marketing I was working as independent contract with credico SA 6 of my agent did code sharing while I was in Pretoria learning new product from credico after I became supendend in my own company for 5 weeks while my agents and company still operates under one of the independent contractor owner of CDvision marketing. We help a meeting where I was abused as black contract to rise my concern about how I felt about the interview. They decided to terminate my contract I need someone who can help me because now my kids are suffering I'm inside credits that I can not afford to pay .it was very fair for me to loose the contract also how do I become suspended in my own company by my contractor and my company still trades with credico.lastly when I check our contract agreement the was no clause that was giving them permission to suspend me

Following an incident at Maponya Mall involving a field agent representing Credico South Africa, I lodged a formal complaint and requested an internal investigation. I wish to confirm that the matter has now been resolved. Credico South Africa issued a written apology and provided a detailed investigation report. It was clarified that the agent involved in the public interaction was Mr. Churchill Lithaba, not Mr. Tshepo Mnisi as initially believed. Due to the absence of CCTV footage, no disciplinary action could be taken against Mr. Lithaba, but remedial steps were recommended, including mandatory sensitivity training on LGBTQ+ awareness, anti-**************, and professional conduct. Separately, Mr. Tshepo Mnisi was found to have violated the POPIA Act by contacting me directly and interfering with the investigation. A disciplinary process was initiated, resulting in a written warning and the revocation of his access to customer data in future investigations. The matter was referred to SAPS, who confirmed that it does not fall under ******** jurisdiction and should be handled internally by the employer. I appreciate Credico’s commitment to resolving the issue procedurally and respectfully, and I consider the case closed on my side, contingent on the implementation of the recommended actions. This review serves as a public record of the resolution and the steps taken to uphold professional standards and data protection compliance.

I came across some field agents from Durban branch and they were promoting clientel perks rewards. When they sold the product to me I was told everything was free you only pay R150 if you'd like for your free vouchers to reload because they expire every last day of the month, but now I just received a notification from my bank account that R150 was deducted from my government unemployed R350 fund, and I really need that money for my essential needs. I'm so angry, infact I'm livid.

Hi. My Name is Boitumelo Manamela. My former RCS CODE IS (RCS446630). I worked under Mr Emmanuel Malatse. Now reappointed OWNER of Tigers Direct Marketing. I was unfairly treated and fired for wanting money made under my code. Of which when I claim I am asked to provide proof. Sadly I can't due to CODE SHARING IN ONE STORE. Same Applications we done by other agents using my RCSCODE. At Tigers Direct Marketing we have 4 to 5 Agents SHARING ONE CODE. GAME VAAL STORE CODE (088123) MAKRO VAAL STORE CODE (599572) Currently you will find in GAME VAAL you will find Kamohelo (NO CODE) Thabiso Mkhombe (RCS446832 CODE BEING SHARED ON WITH THREE TABLETS) Wendy (NO CODE) Tholoana (NO CODE) Kamohelo (TRAINER CODE BLOCKED/DEACTIVATED) for Misleading a customer. But still goes inside the store pitching the product RCS CREDIT CARD and Manager is aware. USES THIS CODE RCS446832 to do Activations and get paid. And Pictures of Slips of the Customers. These people are working on one code in the same stores. And am sure guidelines have no excuse policy for this act even in our training we were told this is *****. MAKRO VAAL Menelisi Ngcobo (RCS446054 CODE BLOCKED/DEACTIVATED) But still goes inside the store pitching the product and manager is aware. And is making allowance for this AGENT TO USE OTHER AGENTS CODES TO DO ACTIVATIONS AND GET PAID. Am blowing the Whistle because it's unfair to others who were fired in the same way as me. I hope action will be taken cause I will call RCS HEAD OFFICE FOR ***** BY CREDICO AND OWNER EMMANUEL MALATSE AND AGENTS GOING TO THE FIELD FOR THE PAST 2 OR 3 MONTHS NOW WITHOUT CODES. Unfortunately I couldn't get hold of XOLI our regional. Hence I am send this to you. Please find attached as proof of what am saying. THANKS.

I wouldn't recommend this company no contract in place no UIF you earn through a commission it's the equivalent of a pyramid scheme you work long hours from 6am to 6pm they are always recruiting because people are always leaving that should be a sign that you are entering into a cult like system you will be made to dance and sing whilst you didn't even get paid you are expected to travel all over the place but you are not even given travel allowance, it's really baffles me how this slave like system is legal in South Africa but if you are really desperate than give them a try and they have multiple subsidiaries so as to not get linked back to or have their name tarnished

Hello Peter Would like to remain anonymous I joined This Credico business to start up a career since I was studying and we were studying online in my college so I wanted to keep myself busy , I got interview at the company called Bantou empire Marketing they said it started from Durban (and I'm originally from Durban) and it moved to Cape Town due to certain reasons so I was like okay since it a new company let me roll with them they probably coming with new ideas and I'm one person who like new inventions Started 1st week with training and hoping for a good start it was not only me but we were a group of people desperate looking for a job couple of days goes by doing training they introduced me to the owner so called Samba he looks like a Nigerian ,those big bustards that rob and scam people my instincts told me there was gonna be something wrong coming Since I was good looking lady who love herself always getting myself nice everyday when I go to the office to make sure I'm looking good, the So called Mr Samba (that what they call him ) just before I finish training he asked for my number and I gave to him knowing he is my Boss there was gonna be nothing personal it only about business, trusted him and gave my number freely ,late that night he called me and started to complement me that I was good looking , words like I'm ***y and he want to date me , he's been observing me since the first day and I was like no I'm very young for him and I joined the company to work not for relationship He then started to tell me if I don't date him and If i don't come over for a weekend wherever they were staying , I was not gonna start working from Monday even if I'm done with my training because I don't have a student mentally , I don't listen to my Boss ,cz him he just wanted us to **** and he is gonna give me money that I wanted anytime as long I agree to **** him . he told me about he was staying in Claremont From that day I decided not to attend the training again and look for another job since this is not what I was looking for ,and I must say I had a very bad experience with Credico shame , I Don't know Big is this company but ay shame I experienced ****,and I wouldn't recommend it to any Lady that I know , from there since I was not part of the company I decided not even bother about and just left it there. This rings a bell now since one of a friend I was with in Training told me a story of another Guy in the same company by name of Mthobisi I think she said he is one of mangers as well on the same building she said she was excited about the business as well she moved in and stayed in company cottage or something where everyone is staying same incident happened but this was even worse the guy wanted to **** her Everytime when he was drunk one of the days he was too drunk he slept next to my matress middle of the night asking me to have *** with him he started to pull me and I felt his **** at my back since he was wearing a under wear I swear that day I wanted to leave the business and I was then afraid to tell the manager lebo since I was afraid I was gonna be fired maybe because everyone was scared of this Guy the way he use talks to us I told my trainer and then he came to us to apologise only after that night and he told us not to tell anyone else because he was gonna be fired in the business and he just got promoted not long ago i was afraid and decided to quit. (My friend who is a victim explaining to me) I'm just so afraid for the future of all the ladies working there , if they are doing or they agreeing on such things for them to work under this company ,ooh Gosh i feel very sorry for them , I decided to write because I have no where else to expose this but really I want legal actions to be taken about this and we must not just letting it slide like that at the end of the day this is women abuse if we have to sleep with mangers to get the jobs
