I want my name to be removed

I have a serious problem i have a contract with Telkom and my account is up to date but my name is at credit bureau when I’m calling Telkom to dispute about this they told me to ignore them but now my name is on red flag. This is the number used to calle me telling me I’m owing 0104923448
