I have flat in Durban I used to pay my water bills and suddenly on 2022 July I received 12000 bill while I’m staying alone and when I reported this to them they said maybe there is a lil they send their assessor but there was no lik and they haven’t removed that money on my account .

I would like to report this lawyers I bought the apartment from them online and they delayed to register . I drove down to Durban to view it and I was not happy it was a mess I gave them one moth to register it under my name they failed to do that and they registered the flat under my name without asking me the transfer cost.

I would like to report I store in pavilion mall I went there to report my phone that is overheating and the checked it without fixing my phone they told me it overheating. I told the guy I told you that I need solution they said I must book it for technician and they asked for 250 for nothing. I paid it the manager told me that it’s because I bought my phone from Vodacom.

I want to report Transunoin with mtn I’ve been reporting mtn that I’m not owing them any cent. Their consultant failed to assist me to close my account while I was not owing them . I’ve been up and down trying to get help but no one is helping me.

Can someone assist me with mtn I’ve been trying to close my contract with them October 2 last year but they are failing to assist me. They told me to go to gateway mtn store where my problem will be solved but I didn’t get any assistance there interested they made calls like other mtn store I used to go to. Now they handed me to lawyers of which I never used their data they always suspend it.
