I would like to report this lawyers I bought the apartment from them online and they delayed to register . I drove down to Durban to view it and I was not happy it was a mess I gave them one moth to register it under my name they failed to do that and they registered the flat under my name without asking me the transfer cost.

Nkala attorney
My mother passed away in 2021 and her estate is still whining. I went to their offices and Ntombi gave me back the file and told me that I should go to Sphiwe because they no longer working together and Sphiwe had the Estate account. I went to Masters and reported it and I was told that I should go and report her at Law Society. I found letters of a car in my file that did not belong to my mother and documents I did not sign. My mother left a Will but it wasn't submitted when claims where done. I'm going to lose my mother's house and car due to not making payments. Please help

Sphiwe did the same thing to us my father passed away 2017 but she is always not available we did everything and sign the peppers when it's time for money stories, she's not responding to my calls or emails Tessa always lies for sphiwe and she said we can go report her no problem because she knows she's not alone in this she has back up now my father's estate is gone just like that.

When will the Law Council Board look at SW NKALA ATTORNEYS and put a stop on this bogus law firm. Siphiwe Whitney Nkala is a failing to settle the late estate account. She is has promised for years that shebis done with almost everything BUT to transfer the money has been a struggle for years now. It has been calls after calls, emails after emails, whatsapp after whatsapp. She has bought properties all over. Kibble park, Huddon times 2, Vanderbuljpark and Petermaritzburg. All over, yet we are poor and dependent on the little that was left for us by deceased. I tried to call and someone answered to say since she is a Sangoma she is busy with other things. How fair is that to us. Her day and life goes by yet we are struggling to make ends meet. There is this office lady called TESSA who always lies on behalf of SW NKALA. Tessa stop lying for Siphiwe Whitney Nkala. Sibongile where are you when your boss is. Siphiwe responded on one of the hellopeter reviews, why are you not attending to our cries......

Attorney, bank and legal board failing to do right things
I have big issue with Nkala attorney they took over my mother's estate with intent to resolve it since it needed lawyers in 2015 but nothing was ever done to resolve it. When we took time to follow up then they didn't have any clear response and the lawyer that handled our case ended up leaving the firm and Nkala was left with document of my mother's banking details which were for 40 000 then. When the beneficiary went to find out what was happening we found out the money was removed from the account it was In at Absa Bank and then deposited in standard bank without our knowledge as the family. And then later told the money was debited by cheques from the standard account. When we contacted the legal board they never return with answers of where is Nkala and our money. The office of the legal board in Pretoria have failed us and there for hold them accountable for not following up with Nkala all along and solving this issue yo this date. The money that was in the account which was investment account would have become way more than 40 000 if it was not ******* removed and used. Absa bank, Nkala attorneys, and standard bank needs to answer for this. Cause if Absa can allow a lawyer remove the money without checking with the family of the deceased then there is *****. MR Sphiwe Nkala of Nkala attorneys needs to pay back every cent he stole to the value of how much R40 000 would have been since from 2015 cause they didn't do the job they were hired for. STANDARD BANK needs to give clear information who opened the account and withdrew the money by cheques so we can fix this. I will not rest until this has been sorted out.
