Credit Consult SA ... daylight *******!

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star but it so happens you can only write a review after selecting the star .

I am so disappointed in this CREDIT CONSULT SA , I contacted an agent by the name of Bella Snow on Facebook regarding a mediation for my husband they called him explaining what's the process etc and they set up a payment plan .. he has been with them since June last year his first installment went of in July 2023 pf R1775 every month without fail. Now we contact them there's no1 that picks up the call no emails back no whatsapp replies nothing.. my husband has been a victim to this ***** company . Can someone who has experienced this explain a way forward without us loosing the money that was paid already. Is there a claims court we can get in contact with or even Scorpion legal ?

This is really disappointing cause the girl I contacted this morning says she no longer works on that company and we should try and move over to her new mediation company.. like for what ... more ******ion???!
