Rain, I have successfully cancelled my account according to my previous complaint review on the 16th of May and was told that May 25th will be the last payment for the 4g sim that I had and that June will have a pro rata payment. I messaged Rain a few days ago and they told me my account was standing at 0 so tell me why did my account try to get debited this morning? I didn't have money in at the time but was charged a declining fee of R8.50 and then I log into Rain acc and see i owe the R350 ??? What ridiculous nonsense is that? Daylight ******* at its best! Why pay for a cancelled service ???????? I want this matter resolved and dnt make me like a person with bad credit! Very disappointing Rain!
Rain , the telecommunications company whom I've been with for years, have always been up to date with all my payments however I'm trying to cancel my 4g sim and it seems like Rain is holding me back. No replies to messages the app cancellation process is always unsuccessful it's totally ridiculous. The debit will go off early this month and I haven't even used the network for a few days now. Really disappointed in them . I want to cancel as soon as possible.
I wouldn't even give this a 1 star but it so happens you can only write a review after selecting the star . I am so disappointed in this CREDIT CONSULT SA , I contacted an agent by the name of Bella Snow on Facebook regarding a mediation for my husband they called him explaining what's the process etc and they set up a payment plan .. he has been with them since June last year his first installment went of in July 2023 pf R1775 every month without fail. Now we contact them there's no1 that picks up the call no emails back no whatsapp replies nothing.. my husband has been a victim to this ***** company . Can someone who has experienced this explain a way forward without us loosing the money that was paid already. Is there a claims court we can get in contact with or even Scorpion legal ? This is really disappointing cause the girl I contacted this morning says she no longer works on that company and we should try and move over to her new mediation company.. like for what ... more ******ion???! Please help! Appreciate any feedback !
Unfortunately I wouldn't even consider giving this a star. I am very disappointed in Vumatel .. I have been a customer for Vumatel for some time now and I was using Home Connect as my ISP Unfortunately due to some network issues I canceled and move to Afrihost which is honestly the biggest mistake I made. So I successfully made payment of R529 on the 22th December 2022 and was NOT connected the same time due to some "fibre optic line issue" so a technician from Vuma came and sorted that on the 24th December so that day I went active (24th) only to be disconnected on the 31st December. After numerous calls, emails and messages via whatsapp Afrihost reaches no conclusion where my money is and why my line is not active . Yesterday they told me Pay another R529 if I want my process to move faster.. seriously daylight robbery!!!!! Everyday is becoming 24hr to 48hr wait and that is making me very very annoyed!!!! I wish Vumatel was not the only fibre owned in my area it's disappointing! They don't even wanna refund me so I can happily move elsewhere.
Hi , I'm writing this post on behalf of my aunt. My aunt has one contract with cell c but as of late she has been noticing another separate amount being deducted from her personal bank account for a contract she hasn't even take she doesn't have a separate contract but she is being charged for one .. she went to cell c and queried with them but she was left in dismay they didnt help her further.. but insisted she has another contract to which that number doesn't even exist. I agree she has one contract of R535.85 of which she has being paying upto date but since February this year cell c has been deducting R712,45 and April R718,99 . She has queried with the saps and she has made out an affidavit. All her documents , print outs and papers are at hand. The amount mentioned above for a contract which "doesn't even exist " in her name can that be sorted asap because this is unprofessional!!! Absolutely disappointed by the service of Cell C .
