No Service
I paid your company R500 per month for three months (total R1,500) for assistance with removing prescribed debts. To date, no services have been rendered and my prescribed debts remain unchanged. Despite numerous calls and emails, I have received no feedback or assistance. I

Failing to refund me
These people debited my account even though I paid off the creditors, they telling me stories and not refunding my R2100 and they also owe me R800 which didn't even reach the creditor, I guess they kept it for themselves They are a bunch of ****mers selling you a dream of making you credit worthy, don't fall into this trap like I did. Just pay your accounts and you will be credit worthy there's no short cuts in life

Failing to refund me
These people debited my account even though I paid off the creditors, they telling me stories and not refunding my R2100 and they also owe me R800 which didn't even reach the creditor, I guess they kept it for themselves They are a bunch of ****mers selling you a dream of making you credit worthy, don't fall into this trap like I did. Just pay your accounts and you will be credit worthy there's no short cuts in life

Horrible Service
This company debited my account but they still haven't assisted me, i kept requesting calls backs without any success, they just ignore my emails. It seems like they are just there to **** people, very unprofessional

Credit legal consultants are ****mers
Good morning everyone. These credit legal consultants are out just to **** people and not helping in any way... It's been 2 months already and I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. Every time I phone them they have an excuse. I asked to speak to the manager but who ever answer the calls says they're the manager. I have send emails upon emails to their legal team but no response. I've put a stop order on the debit orders but they just managed again to debit money from my bank account.

Credit legal consultants are ****mers
Good morning everyone. These credit legal consultants are out just to **** people and not helping in any way... It's been 2 months already and I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. Every time I phone them they have an excuse. I asked to speak to the manager but who ever answer the calls says they're the manager. Refund finally paid back by CLC!
Dear Customer or future client I would like also to inform the public that Credit Legal Consultants have today finally refunded my R750 after numerous attempts contacting them.I have learned a good lesson the hard way.Thank you ''Hello Peter" for this platform.

Credit Legal Consultants take your deduct your money first and don't refund you when you cancel thier services.
On the 23 June 2023 ,I joined Credit Legal Consultants to remove my name from Debt Review and was quoted (recorded call) R1500 which I can pay in two monthly installments starting on the 25th of August 2023.I was promised that CLC will work on my debt review process immediately.I signed a power of attorney form and on the 25/08/2023,R750 was deducted by CLC on my bank account.The first week I had paid I called Thier office and Katlego told me a totally different story that CLC will only work on my file once the 1st installments is paid and was told that debt review removal is R8000 not R1500.I wrote an email informing CLC to cancel thier services as they misled me as I couldn't afford R8000.I asked for the R750 refund which CLC deducted.I have been calling CLC and writing non-response emails demanding my full refund but to no avail.I would like to warn other consumers not to be a victim of this unprofessional,poor customer service and ********* company.The debit order could not be reversed by my bank consultant as I authorized Naedo debit order system which cannot be reserved as I entered my bank card pin number on a pop-up message on my cellphone sent by the Sales Consultant who sold me the service on the 22 June 2023.So be very careful as you are giving them permission to draw money out of your account that you can't reverse on your banking app or inside your bank branch.

This CLC, they call themselves Credit Legal Consultants, they selling people a dream about removing their names on the credit bureau, only to find that they milk money from them. I recently had an altercation with them wherein they saying their admin fee is 1500, and prescribing account is 4000, removing defaults/judgement 8000, making arrangement is 1800 etc, how do you demand money from the same person who is struggling to pay their debts. The biggest thing is that they do not disclose this in the beginning, only when you are vulnerable and have hope that you will be sorted. The use a whatsapp number to start their engagements, pretoria based people that believes people do not know this legalities.
