Excellent Improvement and Flexibility for my Daughter

Since moving my child to Switch Edu, her grades have improved significantly. Their teaching method is very conducive to her learning style. She learns in the safety and comfort of her home, and the availability of class recordings helps us as parents identify where she needs support while also encouraging independent learning. We truly have peace of mind. Thank you to the Switch teachers for their encouragement, kindness, and patience in teaching our children. Highly recommended!

I would like to compliment Daniel for his outstanding service. He called me to assist with my connection issues, which had brought me close to cancelling my contract. He immediately arranged a device swap, and today he followed up again to guide me through the setup, explain how to configure everything, and share tips on getting the best possible connection. I truly appreciate his passion, patience, and ability to simplify everything for the customer. I feel empowered and confident after his assistance. I'm also very happy with how quickly he resolved my problem. Excellent service from Daniel! He is a real asset to Rain!

I've been receiving stress free and supportive service from Affinity Health since I joined. They really care about their customers. Today Nurse Sibusiso Mnguni impressed me even more, when they went out of their way to find suitable medication and also recommended Foods I can add to my diet to naturally heal. Well Done Nurse Sibusiso and Affinity as a whole. Good Company Culture 🤩🙏👌🙌.

Can not believe this. Really disappointed

I can not I'm also already disappointed by dischem before it even starts. Wow! Last week Monday I called them reporting that there's issue on my bank account and needed to give them new banking details or pay cash for this month. They said I must call again next day. I called I was now given an email to send to. I immediately send through an email. Friday reached no debit order came off and my account has been suspected even though I've communicated everything. I've been calling every third day and being told debit order will be done. Till today 2 weeks later. Tjo!

Too many Disappointments that it really hurts. What a struggle to deal with Discovery

I truly do not know what happened to discovery. No one seems to know their own processes. I put through a claim on the discovery Health App on the 9th of November for medication that I had embarrassingly and wrongfully paid cash for on the 5th of November. Claim was rejected and I was told an invoice is required, and on the 17th I resubmitted the claim with the invoice. Till today I haven't received the refund when I tried to check on the App both the claims have now disappeared from the claims I see on the App but the consultant can only see the claim I sent on the 9th. I called Discovery, the consultant and her manager could not resolve this issue or escalate this to the relevant department but I'm told I need to start from scratch and resubmit the claim for the third time or send it via email for them to see it. I'm beyond heartbroken by Discovery. Because of discovery's incorrect processings this year, I owe a number of Health Care Providers of I'm even tired of continuing following up on everything before it's done right. Hyuuu!

Poor Service! Inflexible Systems

Not Happy. I requested original decision letters for my chronic illness. They sent me a new decision letter which is dated 21 October 2024 as if this is a new application whereas I have been on the chronic program since 2016. I called again to request the original letter or a least state on the letter when I started on the chronic program; till today nothing was sent to me.

Embarrassed and disappointed again

Another disappointment from Discovery. I had called previously to confirm cover that I still have and they confirmed that my kids have 2 casualty visit cover from the extender benefit. This morning my child was very sick, I took her to Life Wilgers hospital. When Wilgers tried to claim for the child the claim was declined. I called Discovery to get clarification. I was put on hold for more than 25 minutes while the consultant was trying to find how this claim should be processed. Till now I don't have an answer and I have a bill waiting to be paid. I was so embarrassed by this experience as I did not expect it since I confirmed before. Are Discovery consultants not trained on their processes?

Appreciation to Itumeleng at Silverwater Crossing in Pretoria Silverton Branch. He is so friendly and so knowledgeable. He assisted me with fixing my App and USSD access. Thanks for your kind words Itumeleng. And in overall I still love Capitec even today. Their regular upgrade on Technology always impresses me.

What a struggle to claim from Discovery!

Discovery Medical Aid is adding to my problems. I'm currently going through Post Natal Depression and the constant struggle to get refunded on all the medical claims I had to pay cash for, is adding to my Depression. I can't believe the experience Discovery is giving me during this difficult time.
