Received a clearance letter in October 2024. Was advised by Maria Moketoa, Marlize van Wyk and Ashnie Naidoo that credit bureau would be updated. It is now 17 months later and I am still being flagged as under debit review after payment for this service.

Credit rescue called...
Credit rescue called me 2023 that Identity company took my name under their company off which I was owing them R2600 I made an arregements with them that I will my debts for two months my first installment it was 1000 so the second one it was 1600 instant of they took 1000 each and every month so I complain to them because I finis my account they keep deducting my money to my account until it reach 12000 I call them they egnore me I write an email to say to them they must return money back no response I need to you hollopeter

Worst service to desperate clients
Complete and otter bad service from the whole team .First they sell you all the great things they will do but nothing gets done. The debit orders goes off on time but no service is being provided. A lady named Zanele and Shadricka Jonkers will tell you everything you want to hear just so you join and pay. They even assured me payment holiday for December and January...guess what not happening. If you are with them RUN.if not Don't even bother. Worst part I can't cancel my contract with them because they closed till 7th Jan. 7 Jan I am canceling my membership and never looking back. I'd rather do it on my own.

BAD SERVICE
I have had the worst experience with CreditRescue. Their service is absolutely unacceptable. They do not come back to me at all. I was told to send them a WhatsApp regarding my query, and even after doing that, nobody responds. No communication, no follow-up, nothing. Yet every month, without fail, they debit my account, even after I have repeatedly requested that these debits be stopped. I’ve emailed, phoned, and messaged them multiple times, but still no assistance whatsoever. I have never dealt with a company that ignores clients this badly but still takes their money every month. This is the worst service provider you could ever want to deal with. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

HAPPY CREDIT RESCUE FRANCHISE OWNER My experience with Credit Rescue as a Franchise owner is different as I’m making a pretty decent living and have just purchased my second Franchise with Edward a month ago. The SETA Staff helps a lot as they it eliminate my salary expense. People that doesn’t make a success is people that doesn’t want to make time and sacrifice and put the effort in thinking everything will run on its own as i strongly believe in what you put in is what you will get out. I’ve asked Edward about this negative review regarding a Franchise and he sent me proof of what has happened making me understand that there’s always 2 sides to every story and like Edward explained when someone fails they look for a reason to shift the blame onto someone else. Ask Edward to send you the proof before you make any decisions. I’m happy with my Franchise and would like to Thank Credit Rescue for giving me the opportunity of becoming a Business Owner.

If been client off credit rescue their service is pathetic, I couldn't not get proper statements to where my monthly payments was paided to,,I paided over R20000,00 for my name to be cleared from the Red flag up till now I haven't received any certifications that I'm cleared
