This company is not helpful. They promise assistance then come up with all sorts of lies to delay processes to a point where you eventually lose your money that you paid to them. They do not help in anyway. Make you sign power of attorney to obtain your information but expect you as a client to do all the work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
