BAD SERVICE

I have had the worst experience with CreditRescue. Their service is absolutely unacceptable. They do not come back to me at all. I was told to send them a WhatsApp regarding my query, and even after doing that, nobody responds. No communication, no follow-up, nothing.

Yet every month, without fail, they debit my account, even after I have repeatedly requested that these debits be stopped. I’ve emailed, phoned, and messaged them multiple times, but still no assistance whatsoever.

I have never dealt with a company that ignores clients this badly but still takes their money every month. This is the worst service provider you could ever want to deal with. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
