disgusted customers

There was a company that assisted me - Credit wellness centre previously known as Debt relief . There was a guy name Alec who assisted me in 2023 and its now a year , himself and his team have note resolved my issues. i have been going back and forth and still my credit status is low . I have emailed his managers - Azaad and Trevor and Boniswa and asking for my refund , please can someone call me or respond to me . Experian has advised I can work with them directly and dont need a company to assist me getting these prescribed accounts off.
