A SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!!! ALASKA A NAME I DONT THINK CONSUMERS CAN TRUST! Last saturday I had 4 aircons installed and the amount I paid the installers(AIRWORX) was an amount of R29 500 and just under a week now the aircons are not cooling at all. I called the service provider and they unsure of what is wrong as well. This is really sad a name we thought we can trust is letting us down so badly. Service provider advised that it maybe too hot outside therefore the system is not cooling but thats bull we have another 2 aircons(different brand) and its working perfectly????? can someone from Alaska contact me and we need this issue to be addressed , you guys cannot let us customers purchase POOR MACHINERY!

Rasheida has been very supportive and guided me alot , thanks to her but Managers - Migail and Team still are going back and forth with the stipulated discount ? Can someone please assist me thanks

There was a company that assisted me - Credit wellness centre previously known as Debt relief . There was a guy name Alec who assisted me in 2023 and its now a year , himself and his team Boniswa , Naledi who have note resolved my issues. i have been going back and forth and still my credit status is low. I have paid R38 000 altogether and still no response !!! I just need my refund before I take further steps, thanks
Hi Team Take note I received a call from Aphiwe this afternoon and she advised me her Manager declined this claim because she report from Ford stated that the turbo needs to be changed and she then went further on to say that I need to repair this first and then come back to them again according to her Manager. My response was the following, I work for a corporate company and what was the reason for me taking these policies ? Is to make sure when I have issues with my car , I know I'll be covered. Am I going to be treated like a citizen who doesn't know his rights. I further went to say I want Aphiwe to send me an email stating the above and copy her Manager on it. Note I will then escalate to the Ombudsman and Helo Peter and make sure you guys at Dot sure treats customers with dignity and respect and I will be the voice of the other customers as well. I further know and we know this for a fact , when u claim with any company they will always find a loophole to mess your life and this needs to stop and it will stop today. 27 June feedback below, I have called DOTSURE now and spoke to Fornique and she advised she will call me back now. Spoke to Michael Kritzinger and Dotsure and we waited on the line for a Manager to call me back and the Manager was busy and she advised she will call back Louis Stander. In the interim Michael advised me to copy the ccs@dotsure.co.za as this will form part of escalation but Loius will call me back. @ Aphiwe , please expedite the above , Now ford wants to release my car and charge me per storage R150 per day... Kindly note the diagnostics fee of R2530.00 needs to paid upon collection CAN SOME ONE FROM DOTSURE HELP !!!
I had purchased a car from a seller yesterday and made an immediate payment from my Discovery to Fnb and till today FNB has not released monies to the seller. When the Seller had called Fnb they advised him the monies would be paid out in 3 days... when the seller reported this back to me , I asked him , Who does this? So my bank -Discovery went out of their way and checked where is the monies... apparently the monies had left my account (DISCOVERY) and is sitting with FNB ,....YES FNB and till now FNB is not giving us a way forward . The seller doesnot want to release the car althought pop was sent to him..... HOW CAN FNB MESS AROUND WITH YOUR MONEY ? thats the question pending , can anyone assist ? FNB High Priority Complaint ref 5933629NF been sent to Customer Resolution Centre 0875759408. A consultant will contact you within 24-48 business hours.
