Poor service

Evericious Ma***a and Kudakwashe Masvaya are so unprofessional and very dishonest. 😡🤬

In 2018 they sent me an email stating that I am no longer under debt review but now 2023 am still in debt review because they never removed me from their profile. Been trying to reach out to them they are no where to be found.

Apparently they moved their offices without updating here on Google, they reply to emails if you need debt consolidation but they ignore you when it's time to remove you.

I was recommended to them by my previous employer Capitec Bank but I didn't know it will be a nightmare working with them. I wonder why they are even still listed as a debt counselor on National Credit Regulator. I have all paid up letters for my previous debt now am stuck with them under my profile. I will find you one day with your poor service keep hiding and watch your backs its a small world 😤
