Evericious Ma***a and Kudakwashe Masvaya are so unprofessional and very dishonest. 😡🤬 In 2018 they sent me an email stating that I am no longer under debt review but now 2023 am still in debt review because they never removed me from their profile. Been trying to reach out to them they are no where to be found. Apparently they moved their offices without updating here on Google, they reply to emails if you need debt consolidation but they ignore you when it's time to remove you. I was recommended to them by my previous employer Capitec Bank but I didn't know it will be a nightmare working with them. I wonder why they are even still listed as a debt counselor on National Credit Regulator. I have all paid up letters for my previous debt now am stuck with them under my profile. I will find you one day with your poor service keep hiding and watch your backs its a small world 😤
RAIN04-00044706 Horrible Horrible Horrible service. I recieved an SMS on the 21 of January saying I should expect my delivery that day. I cancelled all my plans wait for the delivery. A lady called asking for directions to come deliver my package and I gave her but I had to call her after an hour asking if she's coming and she said she will call me when she's done by the mall. I waited for another hour so I called again and I told her that my proof of address is ready and she said the shuffle has arrived they are now going somewhere she will deliver my package later. I called her after 3 hours and she kept on saying she's coming and around 18:06 she calls me and telling me she will be able to deliver tomorrow and she dropped the call without giving me a any explanation. Next day I waited and decided to call the customer service and they said it's on the way but nothing was delivered again. Today I logged online to track my package and their reviews said I did not have the proof of address that's why the package wasn't delivered but no one came to my place or even asked for the proof of address. I was shocked to see such dishonesty and carelessness towards us as customers. I called the customer service again this morning and I was told to hang up they will call me back but they never did. I called the second time and the lady I spoke to didn't give any attention and she was talking to someone about her personal life while I was holding. I ended up finishing all my Airtime that I had and still now I didn't get any response about my package. Today it's the 24 and ram doesn't care about my package. This is what happens when companies have enough customers and don't care about their services anymore since they have made enough money for us.
