Unsatisfied with service
Please see my mail to Cricketstuff about my unsatisfied service.
Good day Im not satisfied with your service. Ordered a MRF bad and pads on the 14 Dec 2023 from your company. Bat received on 22 Dec 2023. When ask about the pads suddenly got a notification of courier. Because of your delay my son would only get half of his Chrismas present.

17 Jul 2024, 14:29Hi Dawie, thank you for your review. we would like the opportunity to shed some light on this situation, not as an excuse as it is always very bad to not receive items in time for Christmas. We do also sincerley apologise for this situation. It is in situations like these where we grow stronger and work tirelessly to not let it happen again. During this holiday time last year we have experienced a major influx of orders with limited personnel, approximately 6% of our orders did experience issues like this, we have worked hard to implement new personnel structures to address these issues. We do believe at the end this order was sorted out. Please let us know if there is still something that need attention regarding this.
