NO AFTER SALES SERVICE
I bought a cricket kit set for my 8 year old in June 2024 from Cricketstuff. Just more than a month later, I noticed a crack on the handle. I immediately took pictures and sent a query to them requesting advice regarding the problem. I was informed that unfortunately it is seen as "ware and tare" and cannot be seen as a product fault. The following was the advice was given: 1. Bat can not be replaced as it is part of a set; 2. The bat can be repaired at my cost of +/- R800; 3. Keep using the bat until it breaks and come buy a new bat at discounted price. No after sales service at all. Got a second opinion and minutes later was advised, on the same pictures, that "ware and tare" is not even to be considered. The second opinion person, arranged for the their shop to exchange the bat for a new one. This is a shop from where the kit was not purchased and a bat was replaced out of a brand new kit. Not recommended to do business with Cricketstuff at all.

Unsatisfied with service
Please see my mail to Cricketstuff about my unsatisfied service. Good day Im not satisfied with your service. Ordered a MRF bad and pads on the 14 Dec 2023 from your company. Bat received on 22 Dec 2023. When ask about the pads suddenly got a notification of courier. Because of your delay my son would only get half of his Chrismas present.

Unsatisfied with service

Great product
Great product. Andries was very helpfull to make sure that I got my sons cricket bat the very next day. Will surely make use of there services agian not only are they very well priced but there service is great.

Enquired about a specific bat in the morning
Enquired about a specific bat in the morning. They did not have stock but arranged to have it couriered from Jhb and I received it same day. Their prices are very good. The lowest I could get after a 2 day Google search.

Send incorrect products. Lie about replacing them
I ordered Kookaburra Run up bowling markers from Cricket stuff. When I received my order I noticed that it definitely was not the same as the ones listed on the website and it definitely wasn't even kookaburra. I called them on the 27th of April to enquire about what had happened. And I was told that they put a DP marker into my order as they didn't have stock of the kookaburra, but they will directly order from kookaburra and get them delivered to me at no extra cost. I called again on 26th of May only to be told they forgot and will send it to me asap without asking about my order number or anything. I have sent numerous WhatsApps asking got updates on my order and I just get ignored. It's not about the cash value of the order, its about the fact that you sent an incorrect product and then promised to replace it and then just ignored me. Terrible service

Great service by Cricketstuff!
I recently purchased a Helmet with Cricketstuff. I was given only the best, friendliest service. The helmet was delivered on time even if Cricketstuff had to order it for me. I will definitely make use of them again in the future for my cricket needs. A big thank you to cricketstuff for the excellent service.
