Ive purchased an e-sim on the vodapay app, Just to receive a mail saying there is an issue. Tried again and paid twice now. After 6 days i received a mail saying that i can now scan the qr code. Scanned and it worked. Then i removed the physical sim and inserted a different tel no sim. Immediately the esim was temoved and now neither the esim or the physical sim is working. Tobi doesnt have a clue how to sort this issue and it is impossible to speak to an agent for help now my business number that generates 10k per day is not working. Help help help help help
Received SAD500 with completely wrong calculations. These agents that is calculating VAT and Duties cant even do basic match. Mistakenly i have paid them these wrong very overcharged amounts. When trying to call and sort it out. They simply dont answer the phone. I have been holding since 8am t0 8:57am on Saturday 13 January
Really bad experience, Claude took our deposit of R9500 and never finished the work, up to 14 excuses including death of workers which seemed to be false. Promised to pay us back but he cant provide proof of his payments
Unfortunatley we also paid almost R10 000 deposit to Claude At first we experienced his diligece with doing a quote but when it came to the due date the following excuses was received. The last excuse they were presummably on their way to our site but then experienced a vehicle accident. If this is true I will apologise, but if not, i really dont know how Claude sleeps at night. Day 1. The Product was not ready Day 2. The car to fetch the product is broken Day 3. People arrived here, put some product in the cracks and left after 15 minutes with no communication or explanation on what the next step is Day 4. Workers were not available Day 5. Some other project in Dainfern must be finished first Day 6. Weather Day 7. Accident I am willing to change this review to a 5 star to give his business some consumer confidence back if they can just rock up and do what they were paid for or immediately refund our payment
Vodacom Business Department is slow and unresponsive, Everytime I called to follow up on our order with our consultant Reece, the switchboard never lets you talk directlyy with the consultant, they always just mail the consulatant and ask them to call back, when leaving a message for the consultant the never get back to you. Specifically Reece who also makes promises and never gives feedback like he says he will.
We ordered a new vodapay card machine, the Lad that signed us up, made a lot of promises that well receive the machine within days of ordering, I've been patient and waiting for more than 4 weeks now, a lot of empty promises from the consultant who visited us to no avail. Terrible service from Theresa, quick to sign us up but really poor with executing.
I recently purchased a Helmet with Cricketstuff. I was given only the best, friendliest service. The helmet was delivered on time even if Cricketstuff had to order it for me. I will definitely make use of them again in the future for my cricket needs. A big thank you to cricketstuff for the excellent service.
