Waist of money and time
Very poor communication and quality. They were almost always late. They were paid last year September and to date we have not had a very satisfactory result. We have multiple concerns and no response from Claude.

Disappointed 😞 plus disaster
I won't recommend anyone to use the services of VIP Flooring. The guy Claude is full of excuses, smooth talker who cannot deliver his own expectations. I paid for marble screed floors in October 2022 ijooo what came out was just shame and some shoddy house floors which started peeling off cracking with a matte finish. I am tired of texting him as he hasn't honored any of his promises. I want my money back since he failed to give me what I paid for. It's 1year 1 month running after him and now he is no longer responding nor answering my calls. He is just a ****mer who doesn't know this Flooring business. Claude pay back my money period.

I won't recommend anyone to use the services of VIP Flooring. The guy Claude is full of excuses, smooth talker who cannot deliver his own expectations. Pathetic workmanship and service
Please don't ever waste your money with this ******....he takes your money does a pathetic job and never honors his warranty...the floors are actually coming apart....a year later and nothing...I want a full refund as I need to spend money to redo

V.I.P Flooring Commercial & Domestic Specialists - BAD SERVICE.
V.I.P Flooring Commercial & Domestic Specialists Wouldn't recommend for business. Empty promises by owner with no results. Bad products and even worse service. Deposit was paid and we only got a response 3 weeks later. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately the job was rushed and not according to our agreement. This is an expensive job and you expect work to be done accordingly. Empty promises are made by the owner but no results. Still waiting for him but every day there is new excuses. The colour is wrong. The wrong material was used - the floors is full "bubbles" now and not neat at all. It is a serious inconvenience because we cannot use those areas in the house. I have photos as proof. I cannot explain my disappointment. We were so excited to get this done but it has turned into a nightmare. People show no respect in their work anymore! Wouldn't recommend at all. Not trustworthy or reliable. Work not up to standard. Products not up to standard. Owner doesn't communicate and if he does it is only empty promises or excuses. I used them in Vaalpark.

Stay away from VIP flooring bunch of ****mers that will never do your floor.
If you ever come across VIP Flooring on Facebook, please don’t even try reaching out for a quote, This Claude guys is a con artists promise you a seamless flooring never deliver. We paid him a deposit on 7 June 2023 amount was R39K. Since from day one is excuses after another.If it is not the weather, the issue is floor moisture or staff have an issue . Two workers come in for literally 5minute, then they claim they did some application on the floor which is not even visible. Is full two months nothing is moving to the point accused us that material got ****** from our property which was not even delivered in the first place. This is his delay tactic. He will come with all the excuses in the book to delay because he knows he will never deliver what he promised. I don’t recommend this company, just ***** and ****mers. Claud, please refund our money.

Do not use - *********** and floor will possibly never be completed.
Paid close to 30k deposit, never started on agreed date which was followed by so called primer being app****, then couldn't continue as there were moisture issues, one excuse after the other. 2 weeks later and still no floor. Never comes out to site just keep sending same 2 workers that pop in for few min. And then another excuse and another day of no work. Loosing faith that this floor will be done. Do not pay any deposit and would not recommend using them at all.

Don’t use VIP flooring!!!
Claude from VIP Flooring is an absolute joke! Master of excuses. One year later and I’ve heard every excuse under the sun. My man I don’t know how you sleep at night. The flooring peels after 3 weeks and then he blames his product supplier, the weather, his staff. Every excuse that you can think of Claude has it. Don’t be desperate to use his service. There are plenty other companies that have business ethics and supply a perfect product.
