V.I.P Flooring Commercial & Domestic Specialists Wouldn't recommend for business. Empty promises by owner with no results. Bad products and even worse service. Deposit was paid and we only got a response 3 weeks later. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately the job was rushed and not according to our agreement. This is an expensive job and you expect work to be done accordingly. Empty promises are made by the owner but no results. Still waiting for him but every day there is new excuses. The colour is wrong. The wrong material was used - the floors is full "bubbles" now and not neat at all. It is a serious inconvenience because we cannot use those areas in the house. I have photos as proof. I cannot explain my disappointment. We were so excited to get this done but it has turned into a nightmare. People show no respect in their work anymore! Wouldn't recommend at all. Not trustworthy or reliable. Work not up to standard. Products not up to standard. Owner doesn't communicate and if he does it is only empty promises or excuses. I used them in Vaalpark.
Lord Signature Hotel - Booked a Market day with rally's and bike shows and beer tents on the same date as my wedding day! I booked long prior to this, the lady that works there just blatantly told me that the market is 2 days and my wedding only one - therefore, bringing in more money - but how UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never in my life seen or heard about such bad service - they did refund me and my guests but how on earth do you do something like this to a bride just 3 weeks before her wedding???? Worst experience of my life! Would not recommend!
Krizia helped me via WhatsApp after I struggled with a claim. I have never received such excellent, quick, reliable and friendly service ever before. It was so convenient and I would really recommend Stratum Benefits. I was extremely impressed and grateful for Krizia and all her help and patience.
I have been a client with cell c for almost 10 years now. I have never really experienced big problems with cell c untill now. The worst! My contract was on my fathers name for the time being. Cell C phoned me in March to upgrade my contract but since I wasn't planning to upgrade the contract again on my fathers name we asked to cancel it. Unfortunately when they phone you for an upgrade they do it 3 months earlier so we had to wait to cancel it. In April my father passed away. I had to take in all the necessary information because his bank account will obviously not work anymore. I wanted to keep my number but Legal said that if I want to keep my number I have to pay installments up to August (please note the date when they phoned me to upgrade). Nobody can affort to pay R1700 just to keep a number in working order. In May my cellphone was cut down because no payment was made. The office said I must just do an ownership change of the contract and then cancel it later. It would be easier this way. I got everything I needed and took it in. Wrote a letter AGAIN to legal, who by the way, takes 43 min to answer your call. After getting pre-approved, because, get this, I had to pay ALL the contracts on my fathers name, although I only wanted to keep ONE working and the rest was already cut down. I paid it and that was it. Heard I will be approved the end of the month. It is now June and the contract is still not on my name. I have to go back to the offices again. I am so sick and tired of struggling with cell c during this time and driving up and down and making all those payments just to keep a number. I would never ever open a contract with you again if this is the way you're handling clients. The office delivers great service but the people on top that must help you sort these things out is useless!

Went to order pizza at the romans near checkers in Kld tonight.

After I had a long struggling to explain to the cashier my order (regina, tangy russian and bacon/avo/feta pizza=3), she seemed to find it difficult to understand an order that is more than one pizza...I had to find out that you are not ALLOWED to buy 3 pizzas??

Was very disappointed to find out that romans had this "new policy" where they wouldn't allow you to buy 3 large pizza's just because the third one can't be alone in the pizza box? So I have to order an extra pizza...which I dont want or dont want to pay for, but I HAVE to otherwise I cant get my third pizza? Think this is stupid. Well...asked them to leave the third one so it is romans that lost that money as well as a next client.

They called the manager (who sat in the shop dancing with hia earphones in) to explain to me because I couldn't understand how I take away shop can have a rule like this? Maybe you should get extra boxes maybe for aingle pizzas since we are not allowed to buy one pizza at a time?

Heard then that they don't hqve thick crust. Not the end of the world..took the thin crust. When I received my pizza she told me that they are sorry they didn't have any caramalised onions? Just told her its fine you already made it so what can I say? Took it and left.

How can you run a business like this that is out of stock etc etc?

My husband advised me that after having plenty of mistakes at this romans he usually goes to the one near pick&pay (coobah cpmplex). They never have fusses like this and the service and quality of the pizza is much better.

Will rather drive the extra mile next time than buy at the romans in checkers complex again...
