I just upgraded my contract in Dec 2025. And already they sending me a price increase in Jan 2026. Give 2 months grace is not acceptable either. The fact that they can amend by giving the client 20 days notice is unacceptable....you ride on legalities and dont care what financial impact ot has on your clients. A contract is not a contract if thats the case...so what are we signing for. Can I give 20 days notice to vodacom without consequence????
Volvo has recently closed down a number of dealerships which has resulted in the remaining dealerships being put under huge pressure....I have no faith in the brand. Beautiful cars but this decision means I will not purchase another Volvo.
Since the 11th of June I have been trying to get my phone sorted. They dont return calls....dont buy a Samsung Phone.......Well at this rate I have lost total confidence in Samsung on the whole. *********** is not the word to describe them
Got a new Z Flip 5, dropped the phone and damaged the screen. Have the samsung care plus that allows 1 screen repair in 12 months. I took it in to the service center and was told after inspection that the screen needed to be replaced an dthey will order and will take a day to receive. the following day i called and was told sorry when we placed the order it reflected that there was stock. But when the delivery was received we were told that the screen is out of stock and I must wait till the 22nd of June as thats when they expecting stock. This is 10 day from the 12th of June. I could not understand why a brand that has a significant presence in SA does not have a common part like a screen in stock. I called and complained to Customer service. I was told to go to Vodacom Cresta as they do repairs and should have stock on hand. I called the number provided and was told that they repeatedly told Samsung that they no longer do repairs and to remove them from the list. So much for Samsung knowing who their service providers are. The Samsung VOC was then my next point of call...they said they will investigate. received a call at around 1p.m today to say that they waiting for their parts department to reply to their email as they can only send emails. How can a organization that is global follow such a tedious and time consuming structure. I was then called back after 4p.m to inform me that the part is only expected on the 28th of June or the beginning of July. A SCREEN they dont have stock of a screen...was told that due to the middle eastern crisis there is a delay on stock....TEMU delivers in a couple days. This is shocking to say the least, they dont realize that a phone in many instances is a persons business. We rly on the information we have stored on there. I asked to speak to senior management and was told they in a meeting and a message will be passed on. Later I asked again for management and was told that the message was passed on and they will call back.....No time of when to expect the call.....and they were not around......I have 3 Z flip 5's in my household among other samsung products and phones....I will be making a move away going forward.....no solutions except to wait
Please don't ever waste your money with this ******....he takes your money does a pathetic job and never honors his warranty...the floors are actually coming apart....a year later and nothing...I want a full refund as I need to spend money to redo
<p>I recently moved over from Vodacom as I found Cell C had more cost effective options and the fact that I get a cash back. So I sighned up eff 01/11. I asked for the cash back to be paid into my account. I was told that it will take between 5 and 7 days to reflect in my account. It is the 15th and nothing in my account. There is no complaints procedure, the escalations department is useless. The executives are unreachable. I moved and paid Vodacom to get out of the contract with the view that the cashback will cover that cost. Now i am out of pocket for over 2 weeks. Promises have been made and not honored. Honestly I recently had better service from a government office. I almost regret moving, a bunch of incompetent people.</p>
