If you ever come across VIP Flooring on Facebook, please don’t even try reaching out for a quote, This Claude guys is a con artists promise you a seamless flooring never deliver. We paid him a deposit on 7 June 2023 amount was R39K. Since from day one is excuses after another.If it is not the weather, the issue is floor moisture or staff have an issue . Two workers come in for literally 5minute, then they claim they did some application on the floor which is not even visible. Is full two months nothing is moving to the point accused us that material got ****** from our property which was not even delivered in the first place. This is his delay tactic. He will come with all the excuses in the book to delay because he knows he will never deliver what he promised. I don’t recommend this company, just ***** and ****mers. Claud, please refund our money.
I want my refund Vodacom you charge my for device I don't have and my contract I cancelled it but still get high billing month end.You sell a lie to your customer Vodacom is just a thief in a suit you no better to people who rob us in the street .Your call center agent unprofessional,rude,can not service the client .You are not where near to be world class contact center .Educate your agent and update your process stop giving us guessing answer.I worked hard for my money I want it back Magodu .
Just went to Southgate nedbank to collect my card Greenback shop card ,the consultant just had a bad attitude and did not sure sense of urgency.I got the card and he did the activition.Then he advise that i need to call call center to transfer point .I told him i already call the call center they advised already that immediatly i got a card point will be in the card to spent.Anywhere i went to call and Mavis the call center agent report same thing i already told consulted that there is no need to call.Mavis requested to speak to consulted to advise the process.As per the consulted he says he assumed or he was under the impression that call center need to do that.Please can you guys keep your consulted up to date with new process and provide training if is needed.And they need to change their are attitude.
