I recently had to upgrade to your most expensive Medical aid the 'executive plan' On the 1st of January 2024 when my new plan came into affect I had to visit Unitas hospitals emergency room for a Head and Neck injury. I felt very calm and rest assured as I am on the top plan that you have as a company. Much to my surprise I am left with having to pay more money this month for the drs at the emergency room because you decided to pay for that emergency visit through my WELLTH fund, which is a joke because I have plenty of medical savings available, but now of course, I have to pay out of my own pocket because your WELLTH fund didn't pay fully for the doctor. I did not opt or ask to use the fund, and I cannot understand why you decided to use that as my claim! So I am not about R11000 out of pocket for this month paying for my contribution and then the emergency doctor that you did not cover. The emergency doctor then referred me to have a CT scan on my head and neck due to my injury. Of course you allowed the co payment to come out of my MSA for one of the scans, but now you are claiming that the ICD 10 code used for the other is incorrect and I need to pay around R3000 for one of the scans. That leaves me out of pocket about R14000 this month alone. But I still have my savings, but you guys pick and choose what you will and won't cover and whatever 'fund' it will come from. The WELLTH Fund covers a comprehensive list of screening and prevention healthcare services to ensure that you are empowered to take specific action according to your individual health needs-this is your company write up about your WELLTH fund. It is hot empowering me to take specific action with my Healthcare. It's actually quite the opposite. I recieved no option to select which fund my claim came from! It is the first week of January and you have already found a way to make me pay even more for my medical aid 👏. I shouldn't have to worry about paying for an emergency doctor when I have 30000 in medical savings to use. I shouldn't have to worry about paying for a CT scan when I have 30000 in medical savings. I shouldn't have to worry when I am on your top plan and it is the first day of the year that I need to claim. I shouldn't have to worry and fight with you guys when I have a head and neck injury!
I ordered Kookaburra Run up bowling markers from Cricket stuff. When I received my order I noticed that it definitely was not the same as the ones listed on the website and it definitely wasn't even kookaburra. I called them on the 27th of April to enquire about what had happened. And I was told that they put a DP marker into my order as they didn't have stock of the kookaburra, but they will directly order from kookaburra and get them delivered to me at no extra cost. I called again on 26th of May only to be told they forgot and will send it to me asap without asking about my order number or anything. I have sent numerous WhatsApps asking got updates on my order and I just get ignored. It's not about the cash value of the order, its about the fact that you sent an incorrect product and then promised to replace it and then just ignored me. Terrible service
Ordered an a4 black frame on the 3rd of January and I paid for it using Payflex and using a guest account. I never ever received confirmation of my order, but I paid for it from Payflex side. I enquired about my order and I've just been given the run around. I've sent proof of purchase from payflex side and proof from Fnb that I paid for it. I also paid for it to be delivered.
Wonderful service, super friendly and was delivered in perfect condition in 2 days. Communication was really good ☺ and I'll happily do business with them again
I've just been given a offer for a new job, which includes a big phone allowance. I currently have a contract with vodacom which is nowhere near what I need for my job. I would also like to keeo my number becauseive had it for 12 years. I have 7 months left on my current contract which I want to pay off and move my number onto the Red Advantage contract, but no. Either I must open a new contract, or move to a different service provider! What rubbish service. I want to move to a contract 5 times my current one, but they won't help me
