Pensioners have rights!!

This security company is unreliable and charges pensioners more than they can afford! My Dad has been with them for years and they always debit on his account but strange enough now they can't provide services to him because they claim he's in arrears! This is totally unacceptable and unfair to do to a pensioner!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!
