I ordered a internet router and it was delivered on Monday the 8th of December, till to date the data is not yet loaded I'm so frustrated and this is a total inconvenience for me and my family I'm even thinking of sending it back! Called 3 times to get assistance but all I'm getting is excuses I've been sent from pillar to post! I wouldn't recommend dstv internet to anyone at this point!
I've been paying my account on pricelock for a while now ,I've app**** for internet and the router was not delivered due to me changing dates but now multichoice tried to debit on my account R1254 when I querie this was told I'm charged for dstv streaming and Disney plus and I have never said I want those add ons on my account!!! Multichoice fix this nonsense and hire competent people, don't sell us LIES!!! I'm not a happy customer FIX THIS!
I'm happy to share that after I wrote a bad review regarding my bad experience with old mutual they have contacted me and made follow ups and my problem/matter has been resolved. Thank you so much for this platform and thank you Old Mutual for finally resolving the matter,I would recommend them to anyone.
I've been waiting for these people to give me feedback and till now they're mute, they're no longer responding to my emails. My husband passed away in 2012 and till now I haven't received what's due to me. I was told to send documents and signed forms and I did that but till now they're mute and not giving me feedback. I wouldn't recommend them and I want answers!!!
I've cancelled my policy with tracker and now they're harassing me debiting on my account and I didn't authorize that, I'm accumulating unnecessary bank charges and I want them to STOP!! I'm sick and tired of them and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
I'm currently on price lock but the premiums keeps on changing, they increase and when I called and spoke with the agent I was kept on hold while she checked what's going on and the explanation she gave me didn't make sense! I've requested for the recordings when I app**** for the price lock but till now I'm still waiting... their team is unprofessional and seems like they don't know what they are doing so I'm NOT happy right now and I wouldn't recommend them!!!
I've sent an application to old mutual for a claim,my husband passed away in 2012 and I've tried several times to communicate with them submitted all relevant documents but till todate I didn't get my money!! I'm not happy about this and all the stress they've caused me is just not necessary! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I called to find out if it's possible to change the payment date and the lady who assisted me was so RUDE and impatient! Her name is Malebo I'm really not happy with her attitude and behaviour towards me!!!
My car was financed by MFC since 2018 , I've settled the car on the 25th of October and they debited still on my account. I've notified them and still waiting for my refund and now I'm being send from pillar to post everyone I spoke with told me a different story! I'm not happy about this and I want my money ASAP!! They're very quick to debit on your account but slow to refund what's due to their clients!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
This business is a ****,they say they fix cars but that's not the case .I took my car for a service and to be fixed ,was given a quote for parts and labour but I've seen no receipts for those parts the car still have the same problem nothing is fixed and now the so called mechanic is not picking up my calls!!! When I go there to check my car I always find them drunk and no one is attending to car and I decided to take the car back because it was just a waste of time. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! These are ****mers ,you'll pay for nothing!!!
