Friendly staff, but no service.

Friendly staff but no service at the end of the day (8 weeks actually). After initially positive indications on a printer and UPS repairs, I ended up getting excuse after excuse and finally feedback that my stuff was no longer repairable. Funny that, I picked to my stuff and another company repaired the printer in a few days for R900.

One of the staff team did their best to assist until the boss stopped the person from trying to help any further.
