Excellent service from the most obliging team.
Dean and his competent team are prompt to respond, provide excellent service, know their business and charge reasonably as well. I have been using their services for years and can highly recommend them.

Friendly staff, but no service.
Friendly staff but no service at the end of the day (8 weeks actually). After initially positive indications on a printer and UPS repairs, I ended up getting excuse after excuse and finally feedback that my stuff was no longer repairable. Funny that, I picked to my stuff and another company repaired the printer in a few days for R900. One of the staff team did their best to assist until the boss stopped the person from trying to help any further.

Extra mile service
Outstanding service to repair and service my Samsung printer that others said was impossible. Joyce and team went the extra mile to save me an unnecessary purchase of a new printer.
