STAY AWAY-------Once you have paid they DONT CARE,,,,shoddy work.....
They start out extremely happy to help, especially Jessica the woman doing the arranging, so friendly and willing to help......hmmmm Im afraid thats a front,,,false... They came to change and repair 3 toilets flushing systems.......they did 2 perfect and the 3rd main bedroom, they simply cannot get it to stop running, and making a noise, 4 attempts later and now I also have water hammer,, cant sleep, makes a loud bang every 15 minutes. Jessica now ignores my calls and whats app messages , especially since I paid them in full.......STAY AWAY.....The owner Dean is MIA.....Disgusted with Jessica and her attitude and their incompetence...

Unprofessional!!!
Please be aware of Tight and Tidy Plumbing. I asked them to verify if my geyser had blown. This took 5 minutes. I needed a new plumber so I was hoping to build a relationship with them. Without forewarning, i was charged R880. When i complained ,they were unable/unwilling to compromise. A friend also used them recently and was charged an exorbitant amount without any breakdown. Be warned. Their work is also not up to the industry standard...

Excellent service from the most obliging team.
Dean and his competent team are prompt to respond, provide excellent service, know their business and charge reasonably as well. I have been using their services for years and can highly recommend them.

Excellent service from the most obliging team.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Tight & Tidy who have been providing plumbing services to the greater Johannesburg area for several years now, have established themselves in the market place with a sound performance history and commendable reviews to substantiate. Dean, Sam and their team have an excellent work ethic, while remaining competitively priced and keeping abreast of industry trends. Their staff are knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy - would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Tight & Tidy who have been providing plumbing services to the greater Johannesburg area for several years now, have established themselves in the market place with a sound performance history and commendable reviews to substantiate. SHOCKINGLY POOR WORKMENSHIP
I (Rocky) called Dean from Tight and Tidy Plumbers to install a solar geyser that I would supply at a cash cost of R4500.00 which was agreed. His workers came and installed the unit after a long struggle as they did not know how. Thereafter there was a additional cost of over R2000.00 for pipes that was not told to me but I paid him. <br> <br> This unit did not work from day 1. I contacted the manufacture and noted that the unit was incorrectly install. I subsequently contacted Tight and Tidy plumbers the come and correctly install the unit. Weeks have past and Dean does not take my calls and gives me the run around when I call with ID withheld. <br> <br> I do not believe his people are qualified to do plumbing work and he does cash deal so that there will be no recalls and that the contract board can trace his shoddy work.<br> <br> I ask the consumer not to use TIGHT AND TIDY PLUMBERS as you may be caught like myself out of pocket and sloppy work
