STAY AWAY-------Once you have paid they DONT CARE,,,,shoddy work.....
They start out extremely happy to help, especially Jessica the woman doing the arranging, so friendly and willing to help......hmmmm Im afraid thats a front,,,false... They came to change and repair 3 toilets flushing systems.......they did 2 perfect and the 3rd main bedroom, they simply cannot get it to stop running, and making a noise, 4 attempts later and now I also have water hammer,, cant sleep, makes a loud bang every 15 minutes. Jessica now ignores my calls and whats app messages , especially since I paid them in full.......STAY AWAY.....The owner Dean is MIA.....Disgusted with Jessica and her attitude and their incompetence...

Tindlovu KNP restaurants-shocking, expensive and limited menu!!!
Their menu, is extremely limited and offers almost nothing for non-red meat eaters. They are expensive and dont cater for local South Africans in terms of value. The toasted sandwiches which are very pricey are as small as primary school tuck shop toasties, absolutely ridiculous....I cannot fathom why they dont make use of a super loaf like any proper restaurant would in the city.....shocking,,, stay away....

False web advertising.
Dont be fooled by their web ad, they are NOT custom builders and are unable to manufacture a cube for one of the most popular generator brands available today....They showed zero interest in my request...

BAD SERVICE , DISCOVERY INSURE
WOW WOW WOW,,,,,,,shocking , non existent service, completed the app claim, which , goodness knows ,how or where they got the descriptions for on my profile, as I clearly indicated irrigation computer box, which they decided was a DB Board,,,OMG......No contact since the app claim, except for a call to specify who was going to help, then nothing 5 days later.....DISGUSTED

PENTRAVEL ROSEBANK......STAY AWAY.....They dont care..
I inquired about flights to Abu Dhabi , then flying on to New York, USA, round trip. (March '24)This was done via telecoms to the Rosebank branch a lady by the name of Zuziwe...... OMG.....I received a quote which amounted to between R 43,000 and R 50,000 for 1 pax...... WOW,,,this being economy class.....Im not sure if the agents work on Comm, but this absolutely indicates they do. There is no way that this agent actually took the time and effort to ensure she had all the details to accommodate my trip. On line this trip via Abu Dhabi to NYC came to a round trip of R16k per 1 pax. This agents quote was absolutely ridiculous. When I challenged her, the excuses came flooding, I never indicated that I was flexible, 1st question she should have asked, all other agency's do, they cant compete when inquiring direct with the airlines. But her quote clearly specified that she and Pentravel would match or beat any quote. Now thats a blatant lie and misrepresentation. This was my 2nd attempt in booking a trip through them over a period of 2 years....NEVER AGAIN, they are unprofessional and dont care.....and have arrogant attitudes... STAY AWAY.

Owner of this so called Education centre, does not pay staff.
This individual, does not pay her teachers salaries and then expects them to work 9hrs a day......she is exploiting her staff, YOU DISGUST ME........Your business WILL FAIL...KARMA. Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!

From a service, to trade-in ,to purchase, what a fantastic and perfect experience.....
From having my Fortuner serviced and waiting for the Express service to be done I walked around the showroom floor ,where I was shown a stunning Crimson Red Prado Landcruiser VX-L 2,8l with light beige interior and smelling immensly perfectly new, I decided there and then to trade in the Tuna for this imaculate almost new Prado. The service received from Kim , was top order and perfectly smooth, with nothing being too much or too little. The trade in value was exceptional, but then again its a Toyota....never been happier with my new Toy....looking forward to a long happy relationship with this Dealership...

Missing and Dismissive...The Trailer Guy/Skip Guy.
Shocking , non existant service.....correct address and pin location given, and still the driver drove 20km past the address. Luckily we never needed their service. However we paid upfront in full......when I requested at least a 50% refund as a show of good faith, I was promplty told, take a hike, as they were not interested...Extremly sad, as they had just taken over the business and surely would have liked to earn a good reputation......sadly NOT..

SCAM!!!! If you purchase a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 (Vodacom-Samsung October 2020 deal), you will receive a 32inch Samsung TV, for free....................rubbish, I have been waiting now for going on 4 months.............
