Their menu, is extremely limited and offers almost nothing for non-red meat eaters. They are expensive and dont cater for local South Africans in terms of value. The toasted sandwiches which are very pricey are as small as primary school tuck shop toasties, absolutely ridiculous....I cannot fathom why they dont make use of a super loaf like any proper restaurant would in the city.....shocking,,, stay away....

Tindlovu resturant situated at Olifants Rest Camp in the Kruger National Park. Although the camp is great and well maintained the resturant service is none existant, after being in the resturant for 10 minutes we helped ourselves to menues and then after another 20 minutes we walked out without being served. Would suggest that anyone who would like to use the great facilities of the camp do it as self catering

A very limited menu, which is unnecessary, because they have the facilities to prepare a wider range of food. However, there is no excuse for poor service. Especially not in the Kruger National Park! I left Letaba Camp's Tindlovu Restaurant on Sunday morning, 7 March 2021, after waiting for 15 minutes and not receiving attention. I got the waiter to clear the table from the previous patron's breakfast, and then he ignored me. The lady at the cash register was also not bothered that I was leaving, and that it was because of no service.

Ordered my favourite meal, which is steak and mushroom sauce from a Tindlovu restaurant. By far the worst meal I have ever had - the steak was overcooked, bitter with meat tenderiser, and the mushroom sauce totally inedible. I don't know what they put in there, but the awful taste was in my mouth days later. Cost me almost R200 for a meal I had one bite of.

This has to be the worst restaurant experience we have had for many many years. This is an establishment in the heart of the Kruger National Park masquerading as a restaurant when in fact from many points of view what it delivers is what one would expect from a low end take-away shop at the wrong end of town. The food was atrocious and overpriced for what was delivered. A toasted sandwich where the overriding taste was margarine-yuck. Beer battered hake straight out of a plastic bag I would guess and partly heated. Service friendly enough when there but totally lacking most of the time. A bill that had additional items on it not ordered. Prices totally out of kilter with what was produced. Like I said - low end take away food at Restaurant prices. And this one of our leading tourist destinations! No value to be had here and an embarrassment.
