Delayed Order – No Communication from Crocs
Complaint: I placed an order with Crocs South Africa on [08.01. 2026], order number [SOVZAZACRSY2251554]. The delivery timeframe provided has passed, but I have not received my order.
I have attempted to contact customer service via [support@croc*****.zendesk.com ] on, (14.01.2024), but I have communicated with Agent called Raeysha, who told me that the courier guy had my incorrect contact numbers but i gave correct one's and they said will be updated and also provided to the courier guy, till this day am still waiting for my delivery or feedback regarding the delay. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially after full payment was made.
I expect better service and clear updates from a well-known brand like Crocs.
Desired Resolution: I request urgent delivery with tracking details or a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled immediately.
