pathetic quality Disappointed

Absolutely unhappy with the service at Crocs store in Pavillion and most importantly we pay an arm and leg for these Crocs only to have the cracked and some are opening in less than 3 to 6 months and you take them to the store only for you not be assisted because you don't have the receipt and they can not look for a copy of the receipt.

i am sitting with Crocs that i have spent so much money on but ******* quality and you guys say url can not assist me.
