Crossroads Distribution Shortchanging Transporters

I transported mining equipment load for Crossroads Distribution (Pty) Ltd. from Wadeville to Kitwe and delivered their load safetly on 24 September 2021. The Contract that I signed with Crossroads for engagement stipulates that I will be paid 30 days after submission of PODs. I submitted the PODs on 11 October 2021 and was promised that I would be paid by the 10th of November 2021. It is now 20 days past the due date of the payment and I am not getting a positive response from Crossroads. I dealt with Ilze Gourley. When I started making a follow up for my payment towards the end of the 30 days she told me that their Client would pay after 60 days so thay would only pay me at the end of November. This was after several attempts to contact her and she was ignoring my emails and messages. I have tried pushing for my payment and it seems they are not willing to pay. No one seems to be interested in helping me get my payment despite their load having been delivered safetly to Kitwe. This is very unfair as I used my own funds to finance the load and the Crossroads changed goal posts after I had delivered the load and decided they would pay me late. Ilze is not even answering my calls, emails or messages hence I decided coming to hellopeter was the only way to get a response from them.
